BC builders post show rebound and growth period 2024

So, first show down. I figured instead of becoming a fat fuck post show, I would enjoy some treats for a couple days and move to rebounding. Show was on Sunday, yesterday was the last day of untracked eating. Calories are now at roughly 2500-3k as I try to equalize and let my stomach start adjusting to higher volumes of food without completely destroying my digestion.

Dropped dosage to 100mg a week, 25mg pinned eod. Going to take 3 months to rebound, get to a little higher bf% (goal is no higher than 15%) and then we are going to do a heavy growth cycle.

Tentatively my plan for this next cycle is going to be low test (1-200mg) a week and 400-500mg deca a week. Plan is to blast for a solid growth period, assess where we are at, with the hopes of prepping for the same show this time 2024

Bw is back up to 230lbs. Strength gains are insane. Worked up to working sets of 285lbs on smith machine rows yesterday, and was straight to 315lb rdls on my last leg day after not being able to sumo deadlift 225 for 10 end of prep. I'm seeing a lot of size go to the right places with a bit of midsection bloat, still retaining abdominals though.

Pinned 25mg this morning, tonight is a heavy chest day. Goal is to benchmark my strength vs 315 on press, as my last growth period my highest was 6 reps assisted with 315, it's a high reaching goal but I aim to hit 4 or greater tonight for at least 2 sets (last time I benched 315 I was 250lbs vs current 230) but I am going to let this wild strength increase ride as long as my body keeps responding happily the way it has been
 
Very happy to see this and proud of you, I'm sure the other guys will be too. Too many people take the wrong route during this phase and cause more health issues and just get fat.

You're taking the right approach. Recover and prime your body for a successful off season
Well, seeing as I'm 22 I have nothing but time. Besides, anything built too quickly will be of low quality. I do feel the little evil voice telling me to just start blasting because it would be fun, but it will be more fun when I can digest food better in a couple months and my body isn't so stressed post show and I've built some foundational strength to build off of. Besides, food itself feels like a cycle at this point. The donut pumps are nutty- example no1:

Been cruising 100mg test e a week for about 4 weeks now, going to get bloods next week and see where things are at, if everything looks good health wise, it's grow time
 
Can any of the beautiful bastards on here help me analyze this? Wanting to start my growth cycle while my digestion and training is feeling this good
