Hello everyone, 20M here no experience using AAS, been lifting for about 4 years.
Don't plan on blasting, just want to do everything as lightly and safely as possible for the foreseeable future.
My goals are career focused and therefore I'm focused on strength more than aesthetics but I am in college so I definitely would like to look shredded.

I've already ordered my first cycle and just got bloods taken this morning.
First cycle is going to be 400 test cyp/week, pin E3.5D, and then on week 8 I'm going to start var, going to see how 50mg makes me feel at 25m twice a day. If 50mg var a day proves to be too much I'm going to cut that in half.
Looking for any additional tips other than telling me I'm too young.

Basically 5'9"

21% Body fat-idk if I believe that scale I used
Squat: 325
Bench: 180
 
Also I definitely did plan on HCG but the source I went with doesn't have it, so hopefully I'm able to find some without a crazy order minimum before I get into my cycle,
 
good luck. im thinkng that 180 bench press is about to become 255 very soon .i should try anavar too dbols been messing me up too much i think i might have already f'd my kidneys not drinking enough water and smoking too much...damnit

You could see what dosage of test you can run without the usage of an ai. It's good to know for reference. Might be able to run 400 without it but many need one at that dose. If strength is your goal, id start a little lower like 200-250 an stay for like 4 weeks and up it 100mg just to get that figured out. Anavar will make you fairly strong. I got strength gains from 25mg/day and pretty good cosmetic effect 50-75mg/day.

Nothing too wrong with what you are doing though.

I definitely don't plan on using an AI, I just have them on hand for emergencies and/or PCT. I'm about a week in on my 400/week and I don't notice anything negative or positive just yet.

When you say career and college my mind jumps to sports. Are you being tested?
I'm not being regularly tested except for actual drugs, if it becomes obvious I'm on something there's a chance I could be selected, but they'd need proof.

Welcome to Meso. Too early for AAS for you IMO.
Get at least over 200 pounds in weight, and get your lifts up.
You should be able to bench at least 250 and squat closer to 400 without any AAS,.

I'm not allowed to get much heavier, certainly not to 200. I can definitely agree it's early but I also need the boost to reach where I need to be on time.

ah, I didn't pay close enough attention to you bf and height. I suppose 200 could be a bit too heavy until you get that bf down.
What sport are you in? Wrestling?

Can't really say because I don't want to doxx myself, but I'm in a program that has right regulations based on bmi. I do plan to get back into wrestling though in the next year.
