I'm not a doctor. And a chemist has no place in trt. I speak from experience dude. I was fucked up BY MY DOCTOR.. lol. Keep taking and report back to me how I don't know what I'm talking because I'm not a doctor. Idiot. Enjoy feeling like shit. I was trying to help you. You just paying for that from your doctor tells me your fucking cluelessI dont take it anymore but I would even though i prefer aromasin, Who are u to say are you a dr or a chemist? I feel much safer injecting something given to me by a dr than injecting myself with some shit from one of my bros or taking so ai someone pressed them selfs.
Clearly photoshopped and an AI accountAnother expert lol

I’ve never heard this before.Sorry gentleman, but i personally and a few of my friends have had very different experiences with aromasin. There are no studies on long term use, so we are our own guinea pigs here. Ive been meaning to start my own thread about this(which im about to do), and basically the only reason i joined this site. to heed warning. Ive posted this on TRT boards as well..
up until 2 years ago, i took aromasin on blasts and trt doses for about 6-7 years straight., an im 42 now. it sure SEEMS like it gets stronger as time goes on and i needed less and less. Thats because it PERMANANTLY disables the aromatase enzyme in men(suicidal enzyme inhibitor). Well, my enzymes never came back to anywhere near what they were. ill have to find the article, but aromatase enzymes can be turned OFF by a specific gene. I question if Aromasin has changed DNA in some men.
. I can no longer take ANY testosterone without supplemental oral AND injectable estradiol valerate multiple times a day. the more test i take, the worse it gets. probably from DHT antagonizing E2. i cant take zinc or quite a few other supplements either. There are many people reporting the same thing about aromasin on many different boards. Take it long enough, it WILL fuck you up. Its been a nightmare trying to get trt dialed in before i started taking estrogen. my body hold ZERO fluids without it, my skin dries to a crisp, wounds dont heal, no libido, crippling anxiety. ive tried stopping estrogen a few times in this 2 years to see if i no longer need it. NOPE. im fucked in a week with all those symptoms all over again. im 6'1 210 all year round. i stop estrogen, i drop 10lbs of water in a matter of a few days and my prostate blows up like a balloon and im debating on chewing on the end of a pistol. The psychological effects of this is completely debilitating to the point i lost many accounts from my business.
Know why guys in the 70s and 80s never complained about low estrogen? its because aromasin and AIs wernt around yet.
I’ve never heard this before.
Could you explain how you know that it’s the use of exemestane specifically that caused you to start aromatizng at different rates, eventually not at all?
How do you know it wasn’t caused by other factors?
Have you tried a prolonged break from all hormones to reset your system?
I’ve used asin for close to as long, in doses embarrassingly high at times to keep my estrogen down and I can’t say I’ve observed this to be the case with me. In fact it seems to do less for me even though I’m fairly lean. I don’t like to play the guessing game on that but it would be low double digit at most.
Hmmm. Yeah I see that now. Don’t see that op has really any real evidence that it’s asin that’s the cause of his issue. Unless I’m missing something. If you'd really like to see he's made his own thread.
You'll be surprised to learn it's a bit of a train wreck.
I agree with you on that. They can tell us how to run neat little experiments and how to make solutions etc but a chemist is not normally a doctor that works with humans for a good reason. Its out of their realm. And a chemist has no place in trt.
On UGBB, you claimed that you were an MD-PhD. I don't know what to believe anymore. My world has been turned upside-down. My hero, @lifter6973 is a fraud...I'm not a doctor
For the most part, I agree, but there are some catches.I cringe when I see someone say 'but I know a chemist and he said xyz about steroids, training and health.' He knows what he's talking about, he's a chemist'![]()
In my experience, though, I think most people mean “he took a couple of chemistry courses in college” or even had a chem undergrad major. In that case, you’re better off talking to a gym bro who only has anecdotal information.
that wsnt me you foolOn UGBB, you claimed that you were an MD-PhD. I don't know what to believe anymore. My world has been turned upside-down. My hero, @lifter6973 is a fraud...
Don't mind him, he's been licking his own acid batches and doesn't make much sense.that wsnt me you fool
I have a lot of fat and have high estradiol during trt.Regarding the question of being prescribed an AI on TRT... it's a pretty wild trend, but it's not as uncommon as it should be.
Lots of TRT clinics are run by people who didn't train in specialties typically aligned with that kind of medicine. Requiring in-office administration is frequently done to be able to charge for the drugs and the visit. You'll have people getting a shot once every two weeks or four weeks, sometimes, and an AI is prescribed to deal with the initial spike from the bolus required to last that long. They're not especially worried about AI side effects, and they don't care much about the benefits of more frequent administration.
I'm sure there are some people who natively express crazy-high levels of aromatase, and maybe they need an AI from a well-managed protocol. But with all of the untrained people out there trying to cash in on HRT, nearly every ridiculous story seems believable.
EDIT - forgot to mention... people with way too much bodyfat who aren't required to lose some weight before starting are often given an AI. That's a whole can of worms, but there's some rational there.
