Training only calisthenics

Hey, quick question for old or young,

Do you think I could keep a physique that looks like I lift in a shirt on only creative weighted calisthenics?

Ive been doing a bodybuilding split for 10 years in the basement with up to 100lbs dumbbells, straightbar, ezcurlbar, ajustable bench and cable pulley
and getting bored of it and want to remodel the space

although I am greatly satisfied with my physique on 150mg/week TRT, 5'11 187lbs low body fat, as an older guy

I am wondering if I could improve and keep my physique with only my gym rings, 8-10rep range weighted calisthenics movements like dips, pull ups, ring push ups, hand stand shoulder press and kettlebell side laterals,

I am finding the idea really interesting exploring this new area of fitness, but don't want to lose my ''Big'' appearance haha,

what do you think? would love to hear your take.

How do u think inmates get jacked naturally?
Push ups pulls ups sit ups dips , squats and lunges. You can add weight or resistance to any if them. I'm 6'3 so i look athletic in a t shirt not very muscular but when I take my shirt off or in a tank top Its another story.
 
A bit older thread and op is gone I guess... But I've successfully maintained strength and considerable amount of muscle mass during corona lockdown in 2020 using bars and doing weighted dips and pullups.

I was able to maintain 220+ lbs or 100+ kg on 500mg Testosterone and training without gym, so yeah I think it's possible and it works, but gym is just more efficient is the choice is available and since we now live again in somewhat free times, I'd say gym is just better for us enhanced guys.

I actually combine weight lifting and calisthenics now and do ring pullups and bar dips in the gym, sometimes I go and do really heavy dips. Though I love barbells more, but I have a place for dips in my heart. I started out with nothing but bars at 16, obviously natural and the gains were great at the time. So something to remember for me. Nostalgia.
 
After 50 years of working out i have found that once lighter weights are used after a time one will notice muscle mass shrinking if it is not challenged to the same degree as in the past. Larger doses of AS may stave it off some. But if all it took was a bigger dose we would not see the pro's getting smaller as they age as they could just up the dose some. The ability to grow muscle, digest food, sleep as well etc. dimnshes with age.

Unlesssss….you just started lifting at 40 lol.
 
I am training only Strand pulling for 2 years, and everyone thinks that I am
training with weights, someone also training with Strand pulling only?
