How much cardio a week do you all do?

30-40 minutes most days, 4-5 days a week, so anywhere from 120-240 minutes a week.

The fact that 80% of the population does not do it should not be surprising, nor should that be your guide for what you do. Go to Walmart and look around. Want to be like them?

LOL
No shit.
GAWD.

Walk the dog for 30 minutes twice daily. When cutting start cardio on exercise bike for 30 minutes daily ,increasing time when weight loss stalls.

I generally do probably about 10-20 hours of cardio per week. Mostly LISS but I do enjoy keeping my cardio gains up. I pride myself in general physical ability, not just the size of my muscles and how lean I am

Two one hour elliptical workouts every five days. I've had two hip replacements & have to be cautious of high impact activity, like treadmills.

None, I have embraced all the lifts I dislike but have not embraced the cardio. It finally cooled down in Texas the past couple of days so I might attempt to, when it’s 103 outside it ain’t much fun running outside. I don’t like staring at a glass pane when I run either. I need to get it in the routine though for medical reasons

Serious suggestion here, because I used to hate cardio of the same reason (boredom).

Watch an exciting movie or TV show on your phone, so you forget what you are doing.

I watched Blackhawk Down recently - just about forgot that I was on an elliptical machine for the whole duration.

I’ll try that, thank you brother. I guess if I’m internalizing I didn’t even consider an option like that cus I hated it so much lol. Black hawk down is a great movie btw

I get up really early in the morning and go. I watch movies on my phone so that I forget what I am doing.

When I get home, it is dark, my family is still asleep. I get a shower and get ready for work. My wife gets the kids up, my eggs and oats are waiting for me on the table to have breakfast with the kids, and life is good.

I hate cardio, but I am always in a good mood after cardio - like sitting at breakfast happy with my kids and ready to tackle the day. Even my wife has commented on my mood. I have no idea why. Like I said, I really don't like doing it. I do it for health, mainly, and fat burning, secondarily.
This is what I've experienced. I take a shot of gh go back to bed for an hour or so then do a 30 minute up./down hill walk on my land everyday. I truthfully hate it but I am in a much better mood

I also watch YouTube the entire time

I literally sit on a stationary bike and play games on my phone and watch YouTube videos in my laptop next to it. I don’t wanna get all preachy but everyone here should be doing cardio simply for the fact that we are all taking drugs that have a negative impact on health markers that cardio could directly compete with. There’s no need to get crazy or dedicate hours of time to it. Even just 15 min after your workouts would be so much better than nothing for your health markers

Wether I’m on a bulk or cut it’s 5,000 steps in the AM and another 3,000 in the PM every day, 5 times a week I follow that with 15minute cardio on the stationary bike where I try get my heart rate to 140. Only difference from bulk to cut is take my daily steps from 10000 to 15000.
