How much cardio a week do you all do?

Hate to say, but i call BS on many here…..

So you are all saying you are able to work full time, jobs, run 30-60 min at 230+ pounds, then weight lift for 1-2 hours a day, 5/6 days a week?

That doesnt include a shower 2x a day, along with going to grocery store, meal prepping???

No idea how your guys bodies arent killing you non stop.

I work from home, do 2 x 1 hours of cycling per week and train push pull leg 3 times a week.

That’s the most i can get in my life, but i am not a super athletic person. Currently on trt and just started some anavar as i would like to push a bit more the cycling workouts

I’ve been short on time lately (newborn) so I’ve been riding my spin bike ($300 of Amazon with free delivery, I’ve had it for years and works great!) lately instead of treadmill. I still very much like the treadmill but I feel like I can get more bang for my buck on the bike.

It’s probably closer to conditioning than cardio, but it counts. I watched “the other guys” on Netflix the last couple weeks while riding.

Nice, when i biked my quads were the biggest ever, since i havent they honestly lessened, and it is very low impact.

Also that movie is great

For most of my life: zero cardio. Last few years, worked up to about an hour a day (running outside). Resistance train about an hour a day, too.

Trying to work in some cycling for this reason:

Running kills my leg gains - both size and strength suffer - and I hate running. Got a decent tan tho

Yup. I hit the gym to lift at 5:30am, typically done by 7:00 (I stuff a quick breakfast down around 4:45a with a scoop of preworkout). Usually do programs that are 5-6x per week (PPL, body part, etc). Then cardio in the evenings after dinner in the form of stationary bike, treadmill, hill climb, hiking, etc. I would do lifting in the evening and cardio in the mornings but I love to get hopped up on caffeine before lifting and that would mess up my sleep. Plus, if I train super hard in the evening I tend to have trouble getting to sleep anyway.
Do you find doing cardio un fasted at the end of the day to still remove body fat? I have the same conundrum...I like to take like 400mg of caffeine before I lift, but it keeps me up for like 12+hrs.

No kidding with " newborn". My first kid, 6 weeks in. Never imagined how much extra time every task consumes when you involve a baby.

I know there’s lots of benefits of doing cardio first thing on an empty stomach, but in terms of fat loss it doesn’t matter when you do it, aslong as it gets done. Calories in vs. Calories out will determine your fat loss, so aslong as you’re in a deficit it doesn’t matter what time of day. But the 400mg caffeine later in the day mighttttt affect your sleep lol

Not enough, I used to walk everywhere when I lived in Europe but here in the states it’s a fkin pain in the ass to do so n people look at you like you’re homeless or sumn so I need to get back to doing mma/Muay Thai/bjj as I find cardio extremely boring but need to up it as I recently cut down on smoking and want to get my cardio back into good shape so yeah imo we all underestimate how much it can help especially for AAS related stuff n yeah me personally I gotta definitely get more of that in (both cardio n AAS ahah)
