What supplements do I need

Hi,
I take various types of supplements

Multi vit
Fish oil
Support max
Support max joint
Pre
Creatine
Protein
Zma
Glutamine
Lipidmax
Glutahione
Levaugen
Carb max
Eaa

I’m spending quite a lot of £ , want to cut down what supps do I need and can get rid

I’m currently on a cycle
 
I take none of that and I’m still alive.


Also, there’s tons of these exact threads. Some with in depth responses. Just do some more reading on this sub forum
 
Multi vit

Protein (Just get whole food sources to save money, otherwise is fine)
Zma (probably redundant with the multi, otherwise not that usefull if you dont have a deficiency)
Glutamine
Lipidmax
Glutahione
Levaugen
Carb max
(use gatorade powder for a cheaper intra workout carb option)
Eaa

If the diet is good and healthy then most all those will probably make no discernible difference. Did you start taking all those for a specific reason or was it just the shotgun approach and taking them and hoping something hit.
 
A lot of these supplements might make 0.01% difference. Plus the supps industry is shady as fuck when it comes to the product actually containing what label says. Not worth it to me unless you have more money than you know what to do with.
 
In the start I made great gains off of protein, creatine and a multi. Protein only because I wasn't good at diet then. Whole foods are 10x better but it helps meet the need
