How to save the production of Test E?

Test E raws are notorious for causing pip when not "fresh" for the last few years.

Switch to Test C or Test Decanoate
 
If you didn't heat it high enough with the BB then the acid is still there and will always be there. I have done this by mistake and it cost me taking everything out of the 10cc vials, re-heating to 190deg which I was supposed to do the first time LOL!! Hold for about 5mins and ta da! No more acid if that is your problem

I understand that I should heat it to 190 ° C for 5 minutes?
 
This has been an ongoing issue with Test E for the last year. If you already have a good stock, and you don't want to toss it, try mixing it with some Test C to reduce the pip.
