Best place for l carntine

It's so easy & cheap to make...
L-carnitine base
Sterile water (or NaCl) & some BA, a filter, syringe & a vial to put it in.
Seriously, you'll never buy it again & with the impending alien/zombie/covid/global warming/global cooling/astroid apocalypse you can even make it in your cave...
I don't know why people haven't been making their own. It takes about 20 minutes. 100$ to start. After that you only need to buy the powder once a year.
Vials
Powder
Handheld milk frother
Beaker with lid
Filters
Syringes
Ba
Distilled Water, pH, reverse osmosis, either one.
Most of it can be found on amazon

Would love to find a way to do this at home instead of throwing away money on domestic vendors that probably brew in their bathtubs.

Assuming its a bit different than brewing normal AAS given the underlying oils/diluents, do you know any resources that we can watch/read to help guide me through the process?

It’s actually not much different than brewing AAS. I used all the same methods and tools to brew l-carnitine. Hotplate, magnetic stirrer, filter process.
You just use BAC water instead of a carrier oil and obviously no BB
I used distilled water with 0.9% BA instead of BAC.
Brewed at 500 mg/ml, no issues. Been using it daily. No pip.
There’s a You Tube video in this thread im pretty sure

Thank you my man will dive down the rabbit hole now

With dosing at 1 gram per day:
500 mg/mL water based is uncomfortable and/or inconvenient.

Not trying to inject 1 mL twice a day or 2 mL once a day (of water based).

Would much rather 1 mL once a day or 0.5 mL twice a day.

If anyone can figure out how to make 1000 mg/mL, that would be awesome.

I used to make supersaturated solutions in the lab, but that's a pain in the ass and seems like overkill here.

The highest I could ever make without any post injection pain or cloudiness was 600mg per ml.
1000mg came out cloudy as hell and injecting smaller amounts of it just gave me pain in multiple areas.

He has an interesting catalogue. You’ve used with success? Any tests you know of?
also my question @riprich69 is do these guys ever have sales or does anyone have a discount code? i'd love to try their products but at list price these products are a steep ask. modern aminos offers pretty comparable products (minus the choline line) for a fraction of the price

With L-carnitine-L-tartrate? That seems be the pippier version. Carnitine base might be better but I don't know.

The form of carnitine affects solubility (the cloudiness) so maybe there's a form that can get up to 1000 mg/mL. Hopefully it's one of the less pippy forms.

Anyone speculate oral vs inj dosages? If we never get 1000 mg/mL carnitine for injection, how much oral and what form to compensate.

Say 500 mg per day injection; how much oral carnitine to be the equivalent of 1000 mg/d inj? And what forms of carnitine?

I don't care about TMAO.

I do not know of any discount codes for either but they sponsor a few people on the powerlifting side of things-I just know they are quality.

I really don't see a gram of it being necessary, pretty sure most studies recommend to cap it at like 600mg

My understanding based on research I have done is that bioavailability of oral l-carnitine is low and ranges between 5-18%, because of this the recommended dose is 1-6 grams

Dietary l-carnitine is much higher but still varies widely between individuals based on many factors including previous diet

Obviously injectable l-carnitine is closer to 100% bioavailability and the recommended dose is 500 mg- 1 gram.

The oral bioavailability could vary so greatly that one cant put a number on it. Previous red meat consumption vs vegan diet, how l-carnitine is synthesized in the liver and many other factors that are unique to the individual will determine bioavailability. Because of this you can’t put a hard and fast number on oral vs injectable bioavailability. One person may need 1 gram oral and the next person may need 6 grams oral for an equivalent of the injectable form.
Here’s a quote about the elimination and reabsorption of oral supplementation -
Renal reabsorption of free L-carnitine is normally very efficient; in fact, an estimated 95% is thought to be reabsorbed by the kidneys (1). Therefore, carnitine excretion by the kidney is usually very low. However, several conditions can decrease the efficiency of carnitine reabsorption and, correspondingly, increase carnitine excretion. Such conditions include high-fat, low-carbohydrate diets; high-protein diets; pregnancy; and certain disease states (see Primary systemic carnitine deficiency) (12). In addition, when circulating L-carnitine concentration increases, as in the case of oral supplementation, renal reabsorption of L-carnitine may become saturated, resulting in increased urinary excretion of L-carnitine“
