With the exact same diet, sleep and training regimen. I've already done the (Deca/Test/Mast/EQ) cycle and I just wanted to know if my next Test/Primo blast which is quite weaker, but still 6 more weeks, would give me lower, equal or higher gains in lean mass.

Well I am repeating one of my cycles test/ NPP/ Mast.

but I am adding in anadrol. it was one of my favorite cycles overall for gains/wellbeing. markers werent affect much.

I was around 1g of injectable gear

Hell yea man. I’m gonna spend a few months hopefully getting peeled and then do a Fischer price my first chaseblast and titrate test slowly going fairly high (hopefully) as well as HGH as high as I can without insulin. Hopefully run it for 6-8 months assuming I don’t bail or health markers turn south.

Edit: I am gonna try some adrol towards the end of this cut to see how it looks. Got it from a sweet source here (RIPrido<3)

I feel like limiting AAS and focused on GH manipulation is the way to go

keep health markers solid.

Metformin XR may be a good way to go.

I actually won't use nand again, not only because it makes me sleep 2h per nights, and makes me depressed as fuck, but because it's one of the only compound (with tren) that hypertrophy your heart on it's own, so even with low BP it's not a suitable long term choice if you care of not dying at 30/40.

So I will definitely go with Primo/Test only next cycles, but since I've been really impressed of the gains I did with my Deca/EQ/Mast/Test cycle, I wanted to know if I could do the same with a weaker cycle, but a longer one.

By the way, I also got anadrol at home, how do you like it? I'm currently not running it because lot of peoples report insomnia and reduced hunger. I can't workout without sleep, and without hunger it's not a bulk anymore.

Reduced hunger is an issue. I feel some of it may be related to heart burn, but it didnt affect my health markers, and I didnt get the water retention bloat.


It became my favorite oral

Im gonna start at 500mg/wk. I know for me once I cross the 1g/wk threshold I need some estrogen control. I’m undecided on trying to see if another anabolic could be used for estrogen management or if I’ll just eat an ai. I tried mast for a bit and had some hair thinning which I’m not a fan of. Didn’t run it long enough to get labs to see how it effected estrogen.

I was doing 4iu daily during a blast recently (ended with almost 800g carbs/day) and blood glucose stayed solid. I won’t go over 12iu day for cost purposes, but should I need some my plan is indeed metformin.

Just wanting people's thoughts, while some peoples with real knowledge will reply to the post and give arguments. It's not something that should be hard to know, which cycle will provide more LBM, but I don't know how do the math with mg and anabolic rating, also the cycle lengths are different.

I am gonna play around with tirzepatide next blast, maybe 3mg a week. I wonder if combining it with HGH would minimize fat gain and help with insulin control.

it was @Type-IIx 's article that brought up that thought. Not enough to cause appetite suppression but maybe enough to help control fat gain.

maybe you should have just used less Deca

This is not how it works.

Diet, training is faaaaaaaar more important factors here. Your mg's are just a tool. There is no set in stone protocols for everybody.

Smallest dudes abuse the most is what I frequently see. I know some guys who blast deca often yet are still below 200lbs at 5'10-6ft. It's embarrasing. But it is what it is. People want to believe steroids will do all the work and then if that doesn't yield results then genetics is to blame.
