Crashed or filter material?

I heated it up a bit on my candle warmer but it stayed. Did I just not heat it up enough? I honestly can't tell, looks like crashing but the other pic looks like filter material

I used the hair dryer on some vials that crashed recently, it’s quick and does the job.

not gonna lie bro it looks disgusting. refilter it and put it in a new vial.
