Hey, I’m catbagg. 25F student, busy studying and gaming. I’ve done semaglutide before but I’d like to get back on it after forgetting I had it in the fridge for many months… oops. Looking forward to talking to y’all!

Some weight loss (20-30 lbs?) and weightlifting 3x a week, playing by ear. Not following a strict regimen or diet, just looking to handle my occasional binge eating patterns on hormonal times of the month and get more protein and water in. Lifting heavier if I feel stronger, if not I don’t push it. I don’t look fat because of my fat distribution but I would VERY much like to slim out and recomp over time and lower my mile time. The thick look is getting old to me lol big legs are hard to run in
Nothing too crazy mostly a slow lifestyle upgrade.
Looking forward to posting some before and afters for the science!

Nice..20-30 is quite a bit, you have a timeline of when you want this by? I’m no expert but I would suggest you make the most out of it by really dialing in the diet. Try to be as consistent as possible and track your progress so you can make changes as needed.

Honestly I’m not sure how much I need to lose since I don’t own a scale. I’m guessing by appearance maybe 20-30 ish could be less or more? by the end of the year. Last time I checked at the gym I was 150. I have no idea lol. you are right about the diet, not looking to let go of ramen tho xD maybe I’ll buy a scale and start a weight/calorie log . Thanks for the reply

I mean it’s all relative to what you want. Sometimes the scale is not needed you can play it by using pictures or measurements. I definitely agree with the ramen.

You’re messing with me… I could really use some ramen right now. I love the Chow mein teriyaki chicken
