Insulin and gear reduction

Tried searching but no luck. I've read and heard from others that adding in insulin can help one eventually take their dosage of total gear run down maybe half? What is the mechanism for this? Is this any type of insulin? Pwo fast acting? Lantus? All the above? Thanks!

let's say there are 50 variables that determine the rate at which you build muscle. let's say i add one more variable, "variable 51", that when used correctly makes "variable 3" less important. there is no way to quantify how much less important "variable 3" is after manipulating "variable 51" without holding the other 49 variables constant, and even then it's a crapshoot.

insulin is a transport and storage hormone. it makes your nutrition work better so you don't have to tax yourself as hard with gear. that's all.

Easy enough explanation!

It’s a tool like all other things in the hypertrophy toolbox.

More tools = the “right” tool for a job.

If you want to maximize growth and minimize overall side effects you should be picking up tools one at a time to learn how they work and how to apply them alone and in combination; if you’ve got penetrating oil and a wrench you don’t need to crank the wrench as hard as you would without the oil.

Fair enough, AAS and GH been in the mix for quite a while, adding in pwo only during "bulk" phase. At what point would one feel they can start reducing overall load? GH load would not drop tho correct?

Depends what your goals are and where you took AAS to dose wise before you threw in other things.
