Hi everyone!

I have been working out for 5 years, I am 41 and in the best shape I have ever been. Recently changed my workout routine from heavy cardio to a strength training one, upped my calorie intake...
I am very new to this world and I am looking for all the knowledge I can get. My body seems to be very sensitive to changes so I was recommended to check out this forum before trying anything else (tried something that was supposed to be female friendly but even with low dosis my hair started to fall a lot).

I am curious but a bit shy, might lurk more than post to be honest.
