TB4 Dosing protocol

I'm having trouble figuring out an optimal dosing protocol for TB4. Not TB500, I have got my hands on the full lenght peptide.

Some people are saying to dose TB4 daily in smaller doses due to its shorter half life, compared to its nephew TB500 which last for days.

Others are saying the short half life of TB4 doesn't matter and still apply a similar protocol, such as for instance 2-5 mg twice weekly.

Thoughts?
 
Will this be your first time using peptides?

Hope it goes well for you. You can be optimistic about the results; I had a lot of success with TB500 alone, with very similar issues

I had a lot of success with 1mg tb500 1mg bpc per day. Try to inject it before sleep as it can make you tired throughout the day if you pin morning. Kind of like GH.
 
Oh man my body is a huge mess. Chronic tenniselbow, lower back problems, issues with achilles tendon. Also ton of muscle knots/tension. No daily pain tho, thank god, and rehab is going better than eve

I'm in a similar position. This elbow tendonitis is killing me in the gym and in everyday life. Never had it before until recently. I'm running 1mg ED split halfsies morning and night tb500/tb4 along with 4iu hgh

The support is much appreciated. I'm hoping for speedy recoveries for you guys aswell.

After having gotten TB4 into my system I've noticed old chronic injuries starting to mildly flair up. Not In a painful way, just mildly irritated, indicating that SOMETHING is happening. Flexibility Also seems improved.

I think it's also important to realize that rehab (the very slowly reintroduction of heavier and heavier weights) is going to carry the big load in terms of reversing injuries. This is also where HGH shines - it seems to allow for much stronger workout sessions without the fear of injury setbacks/flareups. The recovery aspect of 4 iu HGH daily is out of this world.

Of course, lots of food, sleep, water etc is also very important.
 
I've done a ton of both local and non-local tb4 and bpc 157 injections and am starting to conclude that these peptides work just as well systemically
