Is testosterone gel suppressive?

Was thinking about adding 1% testosterone gel to my regimen ( not currently taking any steroids ) just to give myself a boost in levels, but I want to know whether it suppresses natural production at all or requires PCT?

Try Natesto. It’s an intranasal gel you apply up to 3x a day. it’s a pump in each nostril..which is a total of 11mg per application..so 33mg for the day. Only stays in your system for a few hours so it won’t shut you down or affect sperm production. Took it for 2 months after regaining fertility after 8 years on TRT. Was an absolute game changer. Came off the cloimid and used this with HCG. My urologist said in clinical trials it didnt suppress the hpta and had very very minimal impact on sperm production. I was still fertile after the 2 months of use before hopping back on TRT once the mrs was 3 months pregnant. It boosts your T. Levels nicely as well. I was 788ng/dl 1hr after administration on a blood test. Only downside is the fact you’re sticking a gel in your nose 2-3 times a day.

Do you happen to have links to any of those trials?

that is about 251 mg per week. tbh here are silver era doses. Enough for improvement but not enough to have so many side effects. I think this is a sweet spot

The more gel you will apply the more androgen receptors will be occupied and because of the negative feedback your body will produce less testosterone (the more you will be suppressed).

P.S.: Don't expect big gains on testogel or on anything without suppressing your HPTA.

If it adds androgens exogenously, it's suppressive. Any androgen addition is suppressive.

Don't use testosterone gels for muscle building, these are very expensive and very inefficient (absorption rate is low and you need super large quantities to elevate your testosterone above natural limits).

Yes it is, although it will supress HPTA very mildly at those dosages AFAIK. But like others said, do not use gel to try to make some gains, it's useless.

Ridiculous.

Make yourself a 20% transdermal gel with testosterone base powder, pure ethanol and isopropyl myristate.
