Legs lagging body part

Hello my upper body is growing very fast the only part that doesnt grow is my legs and i will like to hear your opinion on this topic.whats the best plan, one time or two times a week? Spilt quads with hams?

What my coach had me do in the off szn. But I do find that quads always grew easier than hammy for me. If you wanna try this you can, hope it helps.

Thanks bro i would give it a try .this is how my legs look at the moment.i need them more vascullar and more overall size hope this program helps lol

Solid man ngl when i ran tren last summer my legs blew up and I was prolly only training like 8 working sets for quads and hammys
 
If you are spending a few days training your upper body and only one day training you lower body in your workout cycle that may be your issue for not growing well.
Plus what is you workout routine like now?
 
I used to skip legdays and they just popped. Upper, which was a priority didnt pop....

Sometimes genes just declare mass.
This would be true IF steroids and insulin were not available. But because of these we can manipulate growtg
