Hello my upper body is growing very fast the only part that doesnt grow is my legs and i will like to hear your opinion on this topic.whats the best plan, one time or two times a week? Spilt quads with hams?

What my coach had me do in the off szn. But I do find that quads always grew easier than hammy for me. This would be true IF steroids and insulin were not available. But because of these we can manipulate growtgI used to skip legdays and they just popped. Upper, which was a priority didnt pop....
