Best betablocker?

Looking for a betablocker to run with telmisartan. Used propranolol before but i feel like it's not doing much for my resting heart rate. I see nebivolol often mentioned here, is it the best? Least sides?

Also how do you deal with betablockers? Do you just accept you will take them for life or do you taper off after blasting?

There’s lots of other threads on nebivolol and telmisartan combo. You should read them. It’s a very popular combination for a reason

Nebi+ Telm gave me isolated systolic hypertension. I dropped the Nebi and upped my telm and bp returned to normal within days.

Horrible experience the intensity of my heart beat was interfering with my sleep.

Granted, I was probably taking a bit too much mast!

Anyways I plan on using Clonidine on my next cycle instead. Relaxes the blood vessels and lowers HR. Also-- it apparently has some ADHD symptom reduction benefits. Something about it acting on the impulse center of the brain.

Just a suggestion based on my own personal bad experience with nebi+telm.

Beta blocker propranolol gave me an 8hr erection..worst shit ever. 3 needles in the pecker later for relief. That was close to the most painful crap I've had to deal with.
The needles really sucked but at about the 4 hr mark the pecker pain was intense.
Propranolol is now on my list of my allergic meds...never again!

Nebivolol & telmisartan is the go to for most of us.

You can take them for life sure as a proflactic of sorts depending on your AAS use and based on your individual needs. With Nebi I never went above 5mg so stopping, I just taped to 2.5 for a week and then come off no ill effects.

I've read that nebivolol is the only betablocker that doesn't cause dick problems. Would you agree? That's the only side that i really want to avoid.

For Blood pressure i use:
-80mg Telmisartan
-25 mg Hydrochlorothiezide (makes Telmisartain more effective, common combo)
-5 mg Nibivolol
Most important:
-100% clean diet (not an exaggeration)
-45 mins level 2 cardio on stair mill every single day (I do not combine this with weight training in order to get my post workout meal in. Requires two visits to the gym everyday morning and afternoon)

Nebiv is cool. Proanolol is cool. They have diet of different usages. Propanol can help more of the physical symptoms. It is less selective in action. Could help with nervous system drive, hopefully I am saying that correctly, but what I mean is that it is also used for panic disorders, anxiety, migraine. Whereas, nebiv is only prescribed for blood pressure. Under I believe 10mg of nebivolol Also shouldn't effect heart rate or response to exercise. Feel free to correct if I am wrong.
