Hey everyone I been on bpc 157 for 3 weeks trying to get rid of tennis elbow. I take 1iu daily and have not noticed anything really. I bought it from amino asylum. Am I being inpatient or did I get some bunk ?

Some people just don't respond to it, and you can't count me among the unlucky also.

Oh really wow that sucks man I heard so many great things about it for a second maybe I thought I got some bunk stuff from Amino Asylum
Same, the supposed second coming for recovery and all that jazz. TB-500 also, which I was taking as a stack at the time. No dice.

For me, with the exception of HGH, peptides in general have been a colossal waste of both time and money. I may as well have taken money out of my wallet and set it on fire for all the good they did me.

1iu is rather vague.
I suggest taking at least 500mcg per injection and at least 2x per day injected IM if possible or subQ but as close to problem area as possible.
Do that for a couple of weeks in addition to as much treatment as you can get/do.
At minimum rest it as much as possible.
GL.

Got it . Should I stop doing anything that agrivates it like biceps and lat pull downs . I can do them with lighter weight but still a little pain

Indeed it is. Does a great job of gastric ulceration and injury healing. You need to understand tendonitis better. Do some research. Side note. Many of us myself included have made this mistake
