got this today , complete bs im sure but its weird how im waiting for international package and this gets sent via text message

I see that there is repeatedly the same questions about why their tracking numbers havent updated from the 26th october until now, read this and stop spamming the thread and email with the same questions please.

As all of you guys are aware, there have been some big issues at china which is still going on, therefor we decided to delay the shipping from 26th october for a few days, which means that the order was shipped a few days after you until the situations was calm. most of last week orders went out this week as well. it is just now that the situation is getting calm in china and back to normal.

also please remember that the election in US also is causing major delays, so please be patient and wait kindly until your order has updated, remember it is an international order up to election day which can cause delay as we also in november one of the most busiest months for postal offices.

if you want your order within 2-5days and expect it to update the same day, then order it from our US warehouse!

Thanks for the PSA. I know folks (including myself) are a bit nervous about the situation since we're gear addicts and the thought of not being able to procure our precious oils from our favorite vendor with the most in depth testing gets all our panties into a bit of a bunch!

thank you for understanding, i do understand you guys as well. but some time delays can happen especially in busy months as november and when the election is considered as well. all is ok and everyone will get their packages, just expect an minor delay.

some orders was shipped out this week as well and yet people still ask for why their orders havent updated, been 3 days lol.. give it some time fellas
 
You think shipping is bad now, wait till Black Friday and Christmas.

GA passed all the sterility tests on all of our products, but yet we are not recognized and appreciated about this, neither and thank you from those who asked so much for these.. now they ask for details of an report lol...

shipping is not bad.. shipping is still normal and all good, we still deliver we just recently had an 9 days delivery from international. if you are worried about our shipping, then order US warehouse.

5-20 days is the average delivery for november month.

I’m not worried, I’m just saying I know how bad it gets around the holidays, that’s why I’m getting my orders in now. I definitely won’t order anything once December gets here.

Could you give a list of EU countries to which you ship normally (i.e. with reship guarantee?). Your competitors have such lists, and it could avoid customers each asking via email about their own country.
