You can see our discord server as well, a lot is happy with the packaging so far.

Brother, you don't seem to understand the situation here in the US for many of us that live in small towns. There are a lot of bored local cops that would love to have an exciting day by sending the swat team to bust my door down for leaky vials.

Unless you post proof of how you've improved your packaging and safety for domestic packs, I'm not going to order shit from you. I doubt others won't want to take the risk either given the abundance of other sources here on Meso.

We do hope to see the raws availability again and provide the old prices again, but for now the prices is like this.

But you upped the prices of the stock you had made BEFORE the alleged inspections.
Whatever comes next, we don't know how it is going to be priced.

I think I can provide a bit of context to that.

He's completely given up on QSC and the type of customer that purchases from QSC; driven 100% by price, and will purchase from lowest price vendor regardless.

I believe, your oils are regarded as one of the premium tier, plus, you appeared to be more willing to work with / acquiesce his request of more in depth testing. Not to put words in his mouth, but that was promising and then you also did several of the tests he recommended which created some traction.

I believe the thought is that if he and others continue to apply pressure and the overall meso customer base starts to demand it as well, you'll have to do the additional testing to stay in line with other sources that adopt that testing program as well.

Add in that you're also nice about it compared to Tracy, and have less of a monopoly on any specific customer base, I think, the thought is you can more easily be "strong armed" into completing it.

Definitely not my best analysis and I'm lazy to take it further. There are some jumps in logic and I realize that, but I think it should suffice to help provide context.

You just admitted you needed it to keep yourself afloat in case you finish the oil before the RAWS become available and you are forced maybe to stay few months without any money flowing in.

Again the price increase is something you are allowed to do as it's your business and you decide what to sell your stuff at, what is very annoying is you trying to justify it with stupid excuses or saying other did the same (no they didn't and if they did it's just like a 5/10% compared to your 200%).

You could have just settled it saying: I'm a small supplier of oils and I can't survive unless I do this. Fair enough no big deal, customers will than chose to buy or not to buy.

What is not excusable is you asking 35$ for domestic shipping and use a 5$ service like USPS ground and sending leaky packages.

Where is your quality and great service slogan now?

I think the leaky package was from international and not domestic.

I still do provide the best quality and great customer service. No hair, no floaters no shit in the vials. Clean, sterile and smooth oils.

I didnt leave anyone behind, despite having delay of shipping. Which wasnt only GA as well, but all sources who had the same issue.

To be fair, the domestic packages are packaged terribly compared to international and had the totally broken vials and soaked box in the picture(s?) from members here.
