Seems like Jennifer accepted your order despite being from Australia, as i always have mentioned that, we do not ship to NZ/AUS/CA - but in this case, seems like my assistant accidentally proceeded your order, because you didnt mention you were from the AUS, first after the shipping info from you was provided it was clear. But in this case, if the package dont move within end of this week, then email me and i will offer you an reship, despite we dont offer any reship policy at all for those countries or sending packages usually

Order from the 26th, Jennifer said to me I have to call the courier, then GA said if order does not come through until the end of the week reship would be sent. So far I have got nothing, no reship no reply.

I have previously order from you and also got a free reship as the first shipment didn't go through unfortunately. No problems at that stage, we were all happy with that great products as I have tested two of them with Jano.

If I place a new order, before sending any payment details, she should have asked what country or have that stated either in the price list or in the email.

So the right thing to say is, we NO LONGER send to AUS, we NO LONGER reship to Australia.

You could have denied the order, and simply refund me, but you decided to proceed mate, normal business as usual.

Just reship my 50 vials, am I asking too much?

If he really has the same batch I'm happy no need to retest at least if we are talking of a reasonable time 6/8 months? There is a level of minimum trust that needs to be there on these things.

Even if it is the same batch, that isn't necessarily better. You can bet that GH that sits in an uncooled warehouse during the summer period, for a total of 8 months, has undergone non-negligible degradation.
