I have an order that says it was delivered yesterday and the pic isn’t my house or any I recognize. It was a couple hundred in peptides but I’m just calling it a loss and moving on. I’m sure the fault is in large part the local carrier but I know GA will wash their hands of it. Q had an issue with my order and took care of me. GA is done in my book. Farrrrr too many issues.

Yeah they used to be jam up to deal with. My point in my post wasn’t to take away it does appear the actual issue I believe is with their chosen shipping company. Having said that, had their original choice which has worked for me plenty of times before not been compromised in the first place none of us would be in this situation. Pair that with the drastic ridiculous price jump and I’m out.

WTF happened on October 25 that is making it impossible for anyone to receive products ordered that day? It's like the Bermuda triangle where steroids go to mysteriously vanish beneath the waves.

I feel like Jennifer clicked the wrong thing a few hundred times that day.

Yea I agree the only ‘fault’ in GA is the shipping company choice. I can’t imagine any UGL would reship after a delivery to the wrong address by the carrier assuming it wasn’t a mistake by them in the address.

I just know that would piss me off and it’s not worth getting more pissed about it. So just going to chalk up GA as not for me any more.

Funny how things work out sometimes. I sent an email to order literally the day before the massive price increase. Was going to get a significant amount of Mast E and Var, which I don't really need in the near future but I'm basically building out a personal super stock. Email wasn't answered until after the announcement and they replied with the new crazy pricing. Then all the shipping issues, damaged vials, and incorrect quantities or products sent posts happened. Instead, I purchased domestically from a vendor that didn't raise their prices and the domestic price was better than Marcus's international price.

Things have really fallen apart by this vendor in the last month or so. Marcus likes to post this list of reasons to buy from him, including high quality, great customer service, all these things about being much better than other vendors. Definitely not the case lately. I don't see how he can justify these prices for the experience and overall quality being delivered right now.

Maybe if they get there shit together and put the pricing back to normal I would consider them again. GA Is off my list until those things happen and consistently for a while though.

Touchdown of Nov 4th order. Packaging is the same as it has always been. They sent the right product unlike the my first order. The orals are in a tiny package but they contained 100 tabs each. Now if I could get the Oct 25 order.

These guys are a real work!! Sent me wrong item. Offered to send video and he said no!! Now the he want video saying weight of package was right!! Of course it was you sent me Mast 100 which I have no fucking use for, and not NPP like ordered!! They are trying to get out of it . I sent you the video Marcus and pics!! Fix this and send me right product. Been a week almost without shipping the correct item!!

This is the exact opposite of what I have experienced. Q didn't send me 6 out of 7 kits but said they were in the package, still hasn't sent me my "preorder" Anavar they said they "over sold" and would replace with the new preorder Anavar and has stopped responding to my emails. Total loss $1000.

GA sent me the wrong vials my first order, gave me store credit and charged me less for the right product once I ordered it. If they lower their prices I would not go anywhere else, especially now with the better testing they are doing.
