Shitty situation getting better with testosterone

Whats up guys. 37 years old in the states on the west coast. Had a wild ride in my late teens and early 20's with plenty of fucking up and a couple motorcycle accidents. This lifestyle had me pretty tore up when I finally settled down around 10 years ago.

I work in the asphalt trade running a small company. Had alot of back problems but just kept on pushing through it. That is until the herniated discs caused my sciatica to flare up out of control the last couple years. I would hurt myself at work and be fucked up in bed for 7-10 days until I could even walk again. This happened about 7 or 8 times in 2 years. Decided to make some serious changes.

I got blood work done earlier this year and was pretty low on testosterone. Jumped on 200 mg a week through a clinic. This protocol has changed my life. I don't know if the trt just gave me the motivation to fix this problem or if there is actual healing power in the testosterone. But I'm in the best shape of my life and hitting the gym 4 or 5 days a week with a little hill running in between.

My problem is all my lifts are going great, other than my leg work outs. I go pretty light on them out of fear of fucking myself up. Anybody been through anything similar? Were you ever able to lift heavy again in deadlines, squats, etc? Looking into bpc157 and tb500. As well as stepping things up a notch in other areas. Thanks.

There is no shame in staying light and just going for reps. I’m 40 and I have accepted that I’m going to have to deal with pain as part of the getting older process. I have a feeling that if I were to Max out on weights often, a setback is going to happen somewhere.
The BPC and the TB aren’t the elixir of life. Ok to have around I suppose. Id reccomend GH, it seems to work well with TRT to aid in my recovery time from being sore.

Only issue with GH is CTS can arise. That’s why I’m having wrist surgery this morning, so I can keep taking more GH for a long time.

Yea i hear what you're saying. I guess I did make that sound kind of desperate lol. I don't mean getting back to heavy heavy weight. But I am hoping to not baby my back so much one day. I have looked in hgh a few times now. I have a lot to learn about it. Good luck with your surgery brother.

Honestly, you may want to take a bit of a different approach and do things like swimming, yoga, focusing on core training, pull-up hanging, inversion until you are healed.
All the best.

I've definitely incorporated most of those things in my protocol. They've helped immensely. I also went from 215 down to 175 with diet, fasting, and exercise while focusing on healing myself. For the last 4 months I have focused on weight training and less cardio. I'm currently at 185 and feeling much better.

Thanks man. Surgery came out great no pain at all and I should be back in the gym next week.
