Probably also how you drink your tea while eating your little biscuits lolI don't do lateral raises with straight arms. Do it slightly bent at elbows, rotating pinkies up and out at top, keeping elbows high, focused on dragging and "pulling" the DBs up.
Thank you, sir.

i wasnt saying @Trenbolonetax should get consulted by steve.Dude is charging 2500$ for a 1 hour consultation, no issue for him checking all that stuff once a month if he wants. Average salary in the country i live is less than 1000$ a month, so it's just unattainable.
i would not call it waste of time if done every other year. you can track what numbers are creeping up.Doing cancer markers without any other indications of cancer or other bloods marker that are out of whack is just wasting money. Especially because is the other way around, when you have normal bloods values out of whack than you do the cancer markers to see if maybe it's something related to that.
Dude is charging 2500$ for a 1 hour consultation
I don’t think he was saying I should get consulted by Steve, just that Steve makes that much per hour consult so can afford to run whatever comprehensive bloods as frequently as necessary with essentially no financial burden.i wasnt saying @Trenbolonetax should get consulted by steve.
I agree. I think there is validity to getting baseline and charting trends.i would not call it waste of time if done every other year. you can track what numbers are creeping up.
a lot of doctors do not like to be told what they should do and they will use doctors math to explain why it is a waste of money and you are being paranoid and now im not saying i know more than doctors.
i like to make my own decisions not blindly follow the saying of another person.
Sure thing dude. I’ll preface by saying I have no idea how to pose so I probably am not doing things I should to show off certain body parts. Also @Trenbolonetax i can't wrap my head around you're weighing that much and you still maintain that bodyfat. It would be nice to see some legs and back, hams etc when you have the chance. I guess you might be very intimidating in person with that height and mass haha
I bet your side chest would look nuts dudeSure thing dude. I’ll preface by saying I have no idea how to pose so I probably am not doing things I should to show off certain body parts.
If I knew how to do it maybe lol I’ll give it a shot one of these days before my blast is overI bet your side chest would look nuts dude
yeah its very true that most all "huge bb" are in fact very easy to approach and talk to, and are in fact very down to earth,,, Intimidation is a personal problem with someone and there personality, "DONT B SCARED" sissy lala'sSure thing dude. I’ll preface by saying I have no idea how to pose so I probably am not doing things I should to show off certain body parts.
I also don’t have great mirrors to work with. I refuse to use the big gym mirror cuz idk, I’m embarrassed of my own vanity? Also don’t have a tripod or anything to work with, lol.
Snapped a couple quick ones after today’s back session will post in a bit. Legs tomorrow lll try and get better leg ones.
I’m probably very intimidating to people that don’t know me, but anyone who knows me knows that I’m a big softie 99% of the time.

Thank you sir.Looking great bro, and your legs despite you almost haven't trained em at all lately they're holding very good. That's fakking good teardrop and even the sweep is very good. Well done man, if i ate all that stuff you post lately here i'd look like shrek lol. I guess eating that much and still look amazing is your secret gift haha
Thank you sir.You have good proportions for a tall dude. If I did not know your height I would not have guessed it. Lots of times when tall guys do bodybuilding, something ends up looking off. You do not look off.
I have never been shredded, I have never competed. If I compete, it will likely be in the masters division after giving my wife the number of children she wants, lol.I don't know you history. Have you ever been shredded or competed or ever aspire to?
Yea I was skipping legs cuz i was riding every single day clocking 80 - 150miles per week. Didn't feel like fatiguing them in the gym during that period. Also just didn't feel like doing them lol.And why were you skipping legs? Something to do with bike riding?
