Emails don't currently work for any sigmachemical.com.cn address, responds a standard SMTP account doesn't exist error.
The issue stems from their email host, not the domain. Their site's hosting account is expired, causing partial suspension. The chinaemail service appears tied to their hosting package, common with budget providers.
Missed payment is the probable cause, explaining the email bouncebacks indicating non-existent accounts.
The withdrawals are not alarming— they didn't really withdraw much this year and most outbound transactions were in December, slowing down the last few days.
The only things alarming is the lack of WhatsApp activity and nothing from Tracy. But I've had WhatsApp messages go unresponded longer than this.

Order a domestic kit. You never known what can happen to that pack in transit. While a single missed week won't be a disaster, by 2 missed doses the rebound can be brutal with a massive jump in appetite. 14 days will be here faster than you think and I've had domestic packs take almost that long.
It's not like it'll go to waste, you'll use it anyway, A small premium is cheap insurance.
