If you verified the vials why did I only receive two out of three vials of primo 200 for replacement? If you verified the vials what is this floater doing in the masteron kit?

Images below are all the same vial of masteron at different angles to show the floaters(white specs).

It's not a scratch on the vial, there are legitimate floating object(s) inside of it. Expecting finished injectables to not have foreign objects inside is not being fussy, it's the standard.

This is true, I apologize.
All oils are filtred with 0.22u filters, and If I start to have customers who have fun lighting vial by vial to see nanoparticles with the flashlight and tell me here I have found floaters in 9 vials out of 10 vials, in this case we will not get out of it, so to close this subject, this whole thing about flash-light nanofloaters I'm going to wrap it up by canceling any replacements for future complaints, anyone who thinks with his super visual powers to see floaters just have to refilter them or go shop elsewhere.

I have 800 pages of feedbacks, no one has lost a butt cheek, or had an infection using our oils, we are up to standard, and any future drama about it will be subject to a store ban.
 
I ordered 50g Primo Raws, 100g Test Cyp Raws, and a kit of Semaglutide. My payment was confirmed on 9/21, still haven't heard back about shipping.
 
I've taken QSC's side more then once when new members come here having a whine when its clear they haven't followed rules/been straight or seems like they are a competitor trying to throw shade on QSC's reputation....

If what this person is saying is correct (and they have the email exchanges as proof), then how is this even a discussion?

The package was mislabeled on QSC's end, clearly not this customers fault.

I personally would be pissed if my name and address was given out to a 3rd party to redirect a package miss sent to someone else!

The customer stated that they were not comfortable sending the package on (Id see no issue personally apart from the bad OpSec of handing postage details over to a 3rd party) but at the end of the day, its what THIS customer is comfortable doing!

Please review this customers situation, they clearly didn't set out to defraud you but it is true that they may benefit from QSC's mistake, that benefit is not a given as they may very well have disposed of the package. None of this would even be a issue without the mistake in labeling from your end.
First the items in the parcel are not illegal, but legal peptides.

Second thing the confusion was that two customers happened to have the same name (first and last), and he was using multiple emails for the discussion.

Third, the customer to whom he was asked to send was a customer who agreed to purchase that parcel as a new order, because he was desesperate for some BPC157 and TB500 and agreed to his info to be shared to this thief so he can send what doesn't belong to him.

And again you forget that this you are purchasing underground products, that's not Ubereats I received the wrong sandwich, I need another. We are talking about money that will impact someone's else salary.
The customer must cooperate to find a solution and don't have to be a dick because one day you might find yourself in same situation about to face heavy consequences just because a dick somewhere choose to be a non cooperative selfish prick.
The same way we try to help the customer when they fuck up, when the customer gives the wrong zip code and he can lose his parcel, or when he couldn't pick up the parcel in time and gets returned. We can also choose to be dicks and tell you, well you fucked up, we won't help you that's your screw up, deal with it.

When the bank sends you money that doesn't belong to you by mistake you don't get away with it, because it's "their fuck up" and they should "own their mistakes". For me that's a stupid selfish mentality about refusing to do the right thing that involves no risk, because we know how OPSEC works and we won't be asking you to do something that have any risk on it.

Choosing to ignore my emails is typically an act of thief, an act that I were able to remember one year later, and it's not more about the money, but more about not letting this going unpunished and either you agree or not and we can choose to agree to disagree, this is making me feel better now.

I don’t think the resolution is QSC leaving but to resolve it in a manner which one should not pay for the vendor’s mistake. In the future when someone receives a wrong order, he shouldn’t lose his money because he doesn’t want to send out the illegal items to other people for any whatsoever reason. He didn’t order that and it wasn’t his fault it ended up in his front door.

Other vendors will chalk it up as a business expense and fire their stupid shipper or whatever they do in this kind of business.
It's not about money, and regardless of your opinions, I have decided what should be done.

A bailiff has to be sacrificed to set an example, if I let this go unpunished, tomorrow a potential client who was accommodating, and who could cooperate for a mistake, will be less so, and will get me out one of these crappy answers from this selfish mentality to which some here adhere.

Customers come and go, natural selection must be made despite the potential short term loss, to ensure better mid and long term profit.
In the same way a short vision person will think that stopping Alibaba and CC payments will be a source of loss of several customers, sometimes you accept to lose some, for the good of others, not having to deal with scammers afford us better mood of work , less time to spend on disputes, and between the time we shut down Alibaba and now the company's revenues have doubled, who would have guessed that?

Got my CN tracking number on 12/30, have checked daily since then on LZ and USPS, and still nothing on it. Trying to deny the fact that I’m fucked lol
 
Dec28th my tracking starts, It says it's one state away now. If this is a seizure letter and not my box I'm gonna fuxkin cry lmfao.

Just for reference. I got a customs love letter from an order made back in Nov. Been stuck in customs since early Dec. It was raw test-c 500g. They estimated the value at about $1200.

This was the first AAS order I had ever placed up to that point. Was hoping it would be the only order I ever make for my life but didn't work out.

I payed 600 bucks when they requested the payment if that’s the case and I’m sure I’m not the only one in this boat the proper way to handle such a case is to boycott the rest of the suppliers from that region.
 
Never had an issue with QSC in the past however it seems I got ripped off or intentionally scammed.

Ordered 17/12 x 1 kit Primo E.

Package landed 6/1 and due to existing supply, only just opened today. They’ve sent me Tren Hex.

The order was placed just before it went out of stock, so I’m assuming they still fulfilled the order with something else just to not have to refund me.

Assume this will just need to be written off now as nobody is responding to emails?

The vials also had ‘Tren H’ written on them ?? I’ve never seen or heard of them doing something so stupid.
 
Truthfully, I think another member here had posted them, and I saved them. I was about to pull the trigger on more peps when the whole thing collapsed. I did get the oils I ordered, so that worked out. I should have enough T and Primo for 1-2 years.
Oils is was i didnt get. 10 kits of test cyp that never came :( At least I got all my peps and HGH. But dang, sucks to flush 700$ down the drain. At least BTC was at $100k at that point. Otheriwse it be even more disappointing since it came from my crypto savings.
 
I'm still out $800 from the Christmas sale last year, before their ghosting. All QSC tells me is they'll take care of those orders. The fuck?
 
Hi folks, there's a scammer active on Telegram under the username @tracyfromqscc. Scammed me out of 180 eu. Feeling pretty bummed, so I want to get this post out there so nobody else makes this stupid mistake. Fuck that guy. And do report him if you get the chance.

My order of the h100 from the recent eu restock just arrived. The packaging got worse when comparing it to the h36 order that i gave up in November. Another sad thing is that 2vials are completely broken. One single layer of bubble foil wasnt enough :c. Let’s see how Tracy handles that. I’ve already contacted her through Tg
 
Any Australians had their preorders 36iu kits from Jan 2nd land yet?

I know they are busy and it’s not my first rodeo but I need to know if I should grab some domestic kits while I wait it out

I think this is a simple case of mistaken thread and you responded to my TG thread instead of another.

I sent USDC from my wallet to your address as seen in the attached. You responded with an indication that it was flagged as Spam or fake USDC.

Didn’t hear back and my response has not been read. May be due to weekend, but you usually respond in 48 business hours.

Considerations:
1) It appears the Transaction number you listed as
spam is not the same transaction ID I sent to
you.
2) Clearly by my post history I have been around a
while. I have even sent you Jano batch tests
including a Deca at 98% from past purchases.
3) I am another client who was burned last year
for over $1300 when you were shut down.

My hope is that you take the time to correct the mistake, unravel the disconnect and do right by me.

Human errors happen to us all, and I have found the sign of a good supplier is their willingness to step back and correct errors or mistakes.
