The issue was the in-house testing. No 3rd party. I am not on board with that. The sales rep was very pleasant to work with though. I will give them that.

Which one product third party lab reports you need? Not all the products conducted third party lab testing. We have our own independent lab purity test reports. Each products will be tested under our own lab. Only regular manufacturer can equipment professional testing machines to do the testing such as HPLC, LC/MC, HNMR..etc, because the testing machines are expensive.

If you sent samples of every batch to Janoshik, stopped giving spot quotes and came up with an actual price list that was the same for everyone, dropped pricing maybe 15%, MAYBE, I bet you’d have trouble keeping stock.

We believe as well. We will provide prices list to our customers who are really need raw powders. And they are willing to talk more with us. Our company goal is to build long term business relationship. Some customers didn't get prices list maybe is because we know nothing about you.

Create a price list, there's absolutely no valid reason not to if you are wanting more business. I know you do because you email me every few weeks asking if im willing to try your raws.

This is exactly what we are talking about though.. not doing exactly this is what would bring you more business. Special treatment and spot pricing isn’t gonna bring people in. Why should we be left guessing what the price is let alone what MY price is?
We don't provide prices in MESO-forum. Hope you can understand. Customers who contacted us and are serious in cooperation got our prices list.
