It definitely can and there are so many factors.

Good comeback.

If you have an explanation for how and why there could be a -30% difference in TT between pharma and UGL with no real differences in injection protocol, sleep, workouts, diet, body fat %, etc, I’m open to hearing about what could have caused the difference in results.

Like I said, his tren and mast that I ordered at the same time are both great, and he’s basically a Meso legend. But, it felt like something was off with the test cyp when I used it for my cruise/TRT and bloodwork confirmed it.

There were a couple others who said they were using his test cyp and posted similar low TT in his thread around the same time (March-June 2024) and you were quick to defend him and tell those guys that it must have been because they were doing something wrong.

I didn’t post about it and just went back to my pharma TRT script.

So if I was doing something wrong, or if there were other factors I should look at, I’d like to know so I can try to figure out what was going on.

I've had this happen where zero updates, then it gets delivered and all updates.

Mines Dec 31 YT number.
Just says shipping label created
Any other YTs moving Dec 30 or later?
Have a YT tracking number from Reta ordered during BF promo. No updates since 12/20, being held in NY customs.

nah for sure not, if they wanted to do an exit scam then they wouldve annonced a great sale and then burned the bridge. this wasnt the case
Agreed and during the BF promo, Xmas promo I placed orders for items that weren't in stock and Tracy was honest and told me they sold out. I don't think they exit scammed. I think they got some heat and are taking the precautionary steps to fly under the radar.

Injection, site, oil. Time from injection, consistency of previous injection

How does one Say it's underdosed without testing it?

That's really good to know, ty for the insight. I wasn't aware that they were reselling HYB. Don't they reimburse customers if they share their Janoshik results? Now that Q is gone i'm guessing we will see a lot more community feedback regarding SSA and others.
They aren’t reselling hyb I don’t think, they’re both using the same source and reselling that. They do some reimbursement for janoshik tests. I don’t mean to trash ssa with that comment either, they’re are generally ok but I was just tempering expectations about them being better than q, they have their own checkered history.

Sciatica is an absolute bitch, have herniated discs in L5 and S1. What are you doing to deal with it? Would love to stop having to get injections every few months.
Physical therapy helped me a lot. BJJ actually really improved my back, the core stability I got from it is hard to beat. With that said, I pushed everything too far and ended up hurting a different disk. My L5-S1 had a 7mm protrusion 6 months before I started BJJ but you can see in my MRI above it is doing pretty good. Just pay no attention to my L4-L5. lol

My L4/L5 got destroyed from bjj, managed to get back good through pt. Had to take some time off from bjj but I’m training these days with no issues

How much time did you have to take off? I do think a good pt is a must for a bulging disk.

I also use spinal decompression. My neck was fucked up when this 300lb college wrestler was breaking my turtle down. I was posted on my head and he went full send with his weight forward. It was my fault. I knew how big he was and I should not have been posted in my head. Anyway, a few sessions of decompression had me fixed right up.

Got it, ty for the clarification.

Thank you for sharing brother, yeah your MRI looks familiar lol. I'll see if i can dig mine up and share as well. I haven't heard of BJJ but i will look into it for sure. I tried Mc Gill method and Mc Kenzie method with mixed results. Just hoping I don't have to deal with this shit for the rest of my life.

Trying to avoid surgery at all costs, I've read about this procedure in South Korea where they insert a ballon and inflate it in order to create separation between your discs. I've worked with PT's but finding a good one covered by insurance in the states is easier said than done.

BJJ is brazilian jiu-jitsu. It was more of a preventative measure for later on.

Spinal decompression creates space between your disc. Most chiropractors have the table. They strap your upper body to the table and have a harness around your hips and it pulls you apart. I am doing that right now. It was something I did for my L5-S1 too.

Initially i took a few weeks then went back and didn’t roll for a couple of weeks but then after one day of live rolls i was worse off so took another couple of weeks and came back too soon. I kept coming back to soon and eventually it got worse when a big kid stood up in my guard and started stacking me pretty good but his feet slipped on mat and basically all his weight (prolly 230-240) rolled my back and then i couldn’t do a damn fwd shoulder roll without being in pain lol. I finally decided to take time off so i did 4 months without going to class and rehabbed to pretty hard. I have a mat room in my shop so i would train a bit with my wife and kids occasionally but it was just me showing them various technique. Feels great now, probably will start competing again this year
