My 2 cents is that I'm seeing more and more out of stock on the websites I go to. Been waiting 6 weeks for peptides to even ship.

Hmm, funny, I just recently received 25 amps with pins from India via EMS...pics to follow. Customs form filled out as healthcare product. Just 25 boxes wrapped in bubble wrap in a cardboard box, with India Post marked in several locations. Shipped January, received January via JFK. I wonder what happened to the new super system that prevents anything going through customs? Especially through JFK?

It's the government, nothing is flawless. I'm sure many will slip through the crack. The disruption will be enough to anger people then when we speak out they'll blame the other party.
I know we have been expecting changes to de minimis, but this sounds like it's not just getting a value drop from $800 to $200 but eliminated entirely and immediately from our three largest trading partners.
It'll be curious how rapidly this gets put into effect, or if it does get put into effect.

I don't think the "tariff" is really the issue... it's the endorcement "scrutiny" the packs will get from CBP.
Peptides may be "ok" to make it through the air-mail system... at worst, pay the claimed tariff.
What about AAS raws & oils?

I'm not sure whether the tariff orders contain the de minimis suspension or if they are companion orders, but either way we have a clear signal that Pres. Trump intends to eliminate de minimis and not merely curtail it by lowering the threshold for scrutiny from $800 declared to $200 declared which was the prior administration's position I believe.

The new rules being ramped up for April are from Biden's executive order in Sept.
The removal of China from de minimus altogether as an "adversary state" was proposed a week ago by Senate dems, as a modification to the bi partisan bill that's been in progress for over a year to completely revamp de minimus and give CBP/customs much bigger muscles.
I'm guessing it'll become part of the negotiations with China.
Consumers want some de minimus allowance for their cheap Temu stuff, China doesn't want to lose that business, and paying for the huge expansion of customs personell and advanced equiptment relies on a new per package "security fee", so everyone has some interest in keeping the (legit) Chinese packs flowing.

De minimus shipments from China are suspended. This will subject every Chinese pack to significantly more scrutiny, and fees will have to be paid to customs in order to receive delivery.

i hope you know how shit useless customs is. im living in scandinavia one of the "riskier regions" to send stuff to. they most likely wont open your package, just scan through their system if customs & everything come back as green(nothing shady or wrong labeled, if customs is not paid etc it'll go come back as red) even through airport they dont care. the police dogs is trained for sniffing hard drugs, guns, bombs etc. no xray if u dont mess up sending the package. Its supringsly easily to get stuff out if its not a mass operation or big packages. And they defiently wont do this in america since u guys get so many packages yearly and have less strict customs.

Let's keep an eye on this for today and tomorrow. Trump has suspended imposing tariffs on Canada & Mexico for 30 more days, after saying, "there is nothing that can be done" on Friday.
This. Whatever Trump is trying to do (my guess is he just wants the "news press") with China, we'll probably find out another suspended tariff for them after CNY (tomorrow).
