HYB (Best Service and Product - International Shipping)

I ordered some oils on 1/8. Paid on 1/8. While I knew it was unlikely it would ship before CNY Yura assured me several times it would. Tracking was provided 1/15. It showed up in parcelsapp on 1/16 as “Label Created”. It has not changed status for 21 days. Yura has told me several times she’s checking with the Freight company but never does.

I say all this to caution you all from ordering from HYB right now. CNY, China raws issues, and Customs have really caused a lot of uncertainty.
Close to the same thing for me as well. Thankfully, it was my first order with this vendor and very small. If it comes, it comes. If not, oh well.
 
To be fair, I think it’s obvious it’s all dependent on where you’re ordering too. I made 3 orders within the 2nd of January and 10th , all orders landed before the 23rd . Orders were peptides only , peptides and orals , orals and oils . All to the uk . It might help if members state their rough location when posting reviews and updates
 
I will say Yura has been in contact the with me about the super shred and if the test comes back not up to par has agreed to.lay for the full testing.. sample arrived at jano today so may e monday.... I just received about 1000 tabs from yura before CNY.. they aren't like they use to be but his shipping was not to slow...

Until I see a successful delivery of oils/tabs placed after CNY I have my doubts. And of course delivering my 1/8 order or giving me a refund. HYB was a lot more worried about US customs than SSA was. I’m surprised they are still taking AAS orders.

@Yura(HYB) has this been addressed??

We are very sorry for the delayed response during this period. We have now resumed work.
Thank you for your support last year! During this holiday, we have reviewed this year's activities and services many times. We have not done better in many places, and we have made more changes for this!
1. 20% of the profit will be used for product testing every month, and we will work hard to provide test reports for all products.
2. At present, HYB has only external sales staff: Yura, Zora, Faye, Kaia. If we recruit new staff, we will also announce it.
I hope that all customers will only choose one salesperson for consultation when choosing, which will reduce the workload of each salesperson. If you are not satisfied with your salesperson, you can change other sales representatives and inform the management team (HYBmod@proton.me), and we will impose the equivalent disciplinary punishment on the salesperson.

All undelivered packages before the New Year have been verified with the freight company, and the detained packages will be sent out in batches next week! Packages ordered for the holidays will also be shipped out next week.
