MESO-Rx Sponsor PCT 24X7 "1 stop shop for all day healthcare"

Hey yall, been reading up on some sleep meds. I wake up constantly and I snore a lot. Which given my other symptoms I might need a cpap. But a sleep study I can’t sleep thru well enough.

Was seeing some meds that can increase 02/better sleeping. Does pct24x7 carry anything of the sorts? Or anyone for that matter?

I’m not very active on this sub forum.
Appreciate the help.

Actually, no being able to sleep through a sleep study is more than likely the icing on the cake of getting a sleep apnea diagnosis and a prescription for a CPAP or similar device. For that matter, in the USA the FDA has approved tirzepatide (Zepbound) for sleep apnea, so that's an additional option regarding your sleep apnea.

I would try something low risk first like Trazodone. The Army switched me to that years ago when I refused to keep taking Ambien. I only use it occasionally now but it’s still effective. I take an extended release melatonin nightly now.

i have to agree with @BamaCrazy about the use of Trazadone, i've been taking it for 10 years and it still does the trick of putting me to sleep still to this day, My problem is staying asleep due to having to piss 2-3 times a night, No prostate problem, i just drink alot of water even drinking 16 oz before bed with protein drink,, ymmv

I need to find someone in my area just in case. Hopefully my insurance covers it all. But Tirz huh, guess I didn’t read enough in to it!

My bad. Still half asleep today. Feeling real funky today haha.

Also my issue. I wake up 2-3 times a night to hit the bathroom.

My insurance won't cover zepbound or wegovy for any reason, whether it's weight loss or sleep apnea
Yeah I meant CPAP/Sleep study if my primary doctor refers me.
Would be cool if I had a PC that Dgaf and would prescribe whatever.

He wouldn’t even refer me to get my adhd diagnosis. Had to do telehealth!

Oh man that sucks. Do you not have a lot of options for primary care? There are so many doctors in my area that if mine were like that I'd just replace him. Remember they work for us

Which one dood

I think you asked which one is good? Trazonil 50mg ($2.40 for 10). You might need 100mg but I like to start low and work my way up. But for the price 100mg ($3.60 for 10) is the better deal.
Nah I meant which melatonin XR brand and dose works for you. My sleep is shit.

That’s true. I’m just lazy and haven’t.
Only reason I haven’t is he doesn’t even see me to re up my prescriptions
I just go in the CVS app request refill and he just pushed it thru

Oh don't worry. I've got plenty of sema, tirz, and reta to last a couple years. But I still remember pharmacy mounjaro hitting harder when the$25 coupon worked regardless of if your insurance covered a portion or not

No question pharma Tirz and Sema are more effective.

I've used UGL and Pharms of both. Recently switched back to Pharma Tirz from UGL, and the difference was immediately apparent and dramatic. (not that UGL is ineffective, just much less so with a shorter half life).

There are good reasons for the difference in effectiveness, and they're becoming increasingly clearer as the distinctions between the two are more closely analyzed. The most troubling one is the degree of immune response from the non-pharma copies. Keeping that to a minimum is the best thing one can do when using UGL.

What are some good things for a man coming up on the big 40 to stock up on.
Have plenty cycle related pharma AI caber …
Have a Cialis script and more free viagra blisters then I will ever use.
Anyone have a good list of must haves?
