I'm not going to lie to those closest to me that I know are seeking help. Especially when so many telehealth folks linked to compounding pharmacies exist.
I send them links to telehealth and direct them to reddit links that I know will lead them to UGL.
Being we are who we are, we can always point them to legitimate medical professionals for the Dx and Rx plus we know what keywords they should try to use when searching for places to acquire UGL products. "Yeah, try Googling for [insert some keywords you've tried that get them where they need to go]."

I’m injecting all my fat family members. Lol. My family is too tight-knit to ever take legal action against another. Friends is another story. I’ll point them in the right direction as you mentioned and let them find their own way.

There are countless lawsuits initiated and settled based on tenuous connections. Supplying someone with an unprescribed, and worse, unregulated pharmaceutical is already a crime, for a reason, shifting the burden to the supplier to prove it was safe.

Given these people undoubtedly don't practice opsec and have a paper trail confirming the transaction, and instructions on use, it's a slam dunk.

Only those unfamiliar with litigation would consider this risk "nonsense". Just wait and see.

Use it all you like, but the second you become a supplier it's a whole new ballgame.
Not to mention all these people are texting each other and using Venmo and Zelle creating an undeniable paper trail.

This was her website lol C.C payment and everything.

You hit the nail on the head. The higher up the economic chain you go, starting with the middle class women who are the primary customers of these neighborhood pharmacists, the more likely people are to already work with lawyers regularly, and be accustomed to litigation. Many people are continuously involved in lawsuits over the craziest shit, because more often than not, it pays off long before getting to court.

Everyone involved in this typically has assets worth going after, unlike the normal drug dealer "judgement proof" types.

A lot of husbands going to discover their wife's "side hustle" wasn't quite as benign as Mary Kay or Tupperware.

I will teach a man to fish but that is where I draw the line but they have to be pretty close to even get that.

I have also had friends that don’t want to accept the risk and hope someone else will accept it for them. I imagine these are the same people making others feel bad for this situation.

And after she's convicted, no lawyers going to use:

"Reyes’s alleged unlawful dispensing of these drugs caused significant, life-threatening injuries to some victims and put all of her victims in harm’s way."

as all the evidence they need to win a civil suit and a money judgement. Just the "stress" her poor "victims" went through after discovering these compounds weren't FDA approved because (cough cough) they had "no idea they might not be safe" will be worth a small fortune.

Whatever she's got is gone.

In years to come you'll see popup ads from law firms specializing in this urging you to contact them if you ever purchased a GlP drug without a prescription. It'll be a lawsuit mill for years.

Threat of 20 years in prison. In my country, groups that engaged in manufacturing on a huge scale often get ridiculous sentences, or a suspended sentence. Most often they go to jail because of money laundering.

This auntie was dumb though. No one reported her. She was busy distributing fliers and selling product in needles directly out of her home. She was selling to medspas and should have just been content with that but success must have gone in over her head.

I still think @Ghoul is spot on that it is coming very soon, but De Minimis is back in effect until "the Secretary of Commerce notifies the President that a system to impose the taxes are in place"

Just got announced.
LoL. The past week is an engineered crisis.
The previous admin played optics to the textile crowd (maybe trying to win votes on Ohio and elsewhere) that they would enforce stricter inspections to catch those bypassing deminimis. It was always going to be difficult enforcing. The deminimis exception wasn't removed or nor the treshold lowered. The government was instead thinking of lowering the threshold to $400. In comes New bigman and says to hell with the exemption, I'm cancelling it. We want duties on every one of those packages. Then today they announce that the exemption is back, but we have a better way of ensuring compliance.. Phew

I think once the new system is hashed out, the smugglers will find loopholes. Right now there is just too much uncertainty.

ggpegThere is also a Vendor that calls/called themselves XYX to capitalize on the whole XCE name stuff
I was a very happy XCE customer. I just ordered some kits from XYX/PGB to check them out. Ships from USA west coast via FedEx and prices are fairly comparable to QSC. Will report back on my experience next week after arrival. I ordered the PT which is always a good one to confirm quality as the results are same day… Probably should warn the wifey on test day!

I cant believe though that actual clinics and spas bought directly from some random lady on the street. No credentials. They didnt even go the UGL china route lol just some woman on facebook. Id be pissed if I was a customer there.
