What does 10ius of hgh do for you body?For years, I ran huge cycles with grams of gear, high doses of insulin—sometimes 20 to 40 IU a day—and loaded up on carbs, hitting 600-900g daily. Instead of building quality muscle, I just got fat, and my body was constantly in a state of shock, preventing real growth.
Fast forward to today, I’m on 250mg Test, 200mg Primo, 10 IU of GH every night before bed, a high-protein diet, and keeping carbs low. I’ve made more progress in muscle growth now than I did in the last 10-15 years. Just some food for thought.
I'm 21 and found 2 ius does absolutely nothing.
5ius I found gave me good sleep, recovery, better pumps and slightly better body composition and mental health and clarity.
Never ran primo, so not sure if it's worth trying that over mast or not.
