I agree. Clen is absolutely not worth the risk. There are so many other better, safer and more effective options.

Can you provide some of the better options? I’ve done everything I could find on this site to avoid the clen cramps with minimal success. Even at 40mcg, I’m cramping in places I didn’t even know existed! I’m taking taurine, potassium, magnesium and electrolytes at the recommended doses I’ve found …. with over a gallon of water a day… Still cramping.

Albuterol for me has zero side effects

it stopped working me after the first 2 weeks on. i tried using albuterol 6 months after not using clen or albuterol and still dont see any change.

It's been years since I've use albuterol, but if i remember correctly youre supposed to take ketotifen to keep the albuterol from losing it's effectiveness.

by first 2 weeks i mean, my first cycle with albuterol. i dont run albuterol for more than 2 weeks.

I remember that with clen (ref) but not with others. Wouldn't be surprised if it applied to beta agonists (maybe generally).

Really need to watch vigorous Steve podcast on the Benadryl and receptor thing. He has information to debunk all that and says run it 8weeks straight like a cycle only difference is to up dosage every 2-3 weeks

There is some logic to that. Patients use Albuterol (and formerly Clenbuterol) for years on end without a "break". Most of the effect is not the initial "jitters" associated with these compounds "working".

Benydril doesnt work, ketotifen does 100% saw 3 days off with ketotifen , completelly restarting effextivity. Guys lets be 100% all this Is crap compares to ECA... Yes hard to get, but if you can dont waste time on this crap.

It's true. I tried albuterol and wasn't impressed. Went back ephedrine caffeine, no aspirin tho.
