Although it's not an uncommon fear, it's completely, utterly baseless.
That's not how a "controlled delivery" is done.
Do you refuse to accept any packages you don't recognize? I don't. What if it's a gift? Something you ordered and forgot, or shipped from an address you don't recognize?
Accepting a package is proof of absolutely nothing. Anyone can send anything to anybody,

It doesn't really matter. Worst case scenario the package gets seized, you get a letter warning you of the risks to your health from foreign medications, and PCT24 sends you a replacement.

Understandable. The reality is you have absolutely nothing to worry about with anything PCT24 sells, other than a potential delay if a pack gets seized, a rare occurrence. However, this vendor is more reliable and trustworthy in the unfortunate case of that happening than any other.
I speak from extensive experience, you can order from this vendor with absolute confidence, There are only two vendors I'd say that about, and this is one.
Order with confidence and no worry.

I try not to put my stock all in that’s why I did a little test run to see how things went understandably so.
As I would do with any other.
It’s not hard to vett who’s legitimate and who’s not even with a lot of the bs in the boards thankfully so this board isn’t full of a bunch of bill board clowns.

The only regret I've ever had was forgetting something or not ordering enough.
I'm confident every other customer of PCT24 here on MESO would agree with my sentiment.

International packs to the US will have trackings that start with different letters (R, L, U, C) depending on the country of origin. The emirates post packs start with "R" and need a signature. Before with India post a lot of the packs started with "L" and those don't need signature.

As Ghoul has stated, CD's have evolved with modern tech and the 20 year old urban legends on how to avoid them are awfully out of date. Just go pick up the package.

The TLDR is if they want to get you, they will. Security in obscurity, Just don't mess with the stuff they care about, hard drugs, weapons, don't sell (or even share) your gear and you'll be fine.

i have had to recently sign for a package from pct 247, but the package before that one from same vendor , no signature was required,, hit or miss i guess,,

How does a controlled delivery actually go down? Do they knock on your door and ask your name and hand you a package? Because like you said Im not refusing any package what if its a gift?

Not asking for inda pharma stuff but just curious in general. If verifying your identity and handing you a package is all they do then how does that really hold up in court?

The purpose of a controlled delivery is to get probable cause to search a building, because they don't have enough evidence to obtain a search warrant. By "allowing" a package of contraband to be taken into a building, they can enter and search for evidence of a crime. If the pack were enough to convict you, they'd arrest you and get a search warrant without going through a controlled delivery.
These days, they put a tiny electronic device in the box, the location of which they can track, and it alerts them when the box is opened. They can then enter without a warrant immediately, or even come back later to do it. They can leave the box at your door or in your mailbox. No signature is required. It doesn't matter who brings it in.
TLDR, if they want to get you, they will.

Notified pct that an order of mine had been sitting in customs for nearly 3 weeks they verified same day and the following Monday (3 days later) they issued a reshipment. No BS just quick service.
