Seems like not many options.
There are a few, if I have to buy overpriced RAWS from a vendor saying they provide 98% pure product and they produce it and bla bla bla.
when it does test 89% I expect them to say sorry my bad here is your money for the test and your new batch of raw will be shipped to ya.

You know as well as I do we can’t go buying it and saying “Oh well we can just add 10% extra powder to our mixture.” That’ll cause powder purity to continue to fall cause we settle for less. Someone will come along with what we need just gotta be patient. I’m not directing this specifically towards you but like I’ve said before, for the people reading this we can’t settle for this shit.
I always say if you’re gonna do something stupid be smart about. So I think many would agree that we throw this source to the curb unless he can step up his game.

Seems like sources don't have many choices right now, either.
So it's: "the best we got is 89%, buy it if you want it"
However, if a source provided a Jano test @ 98% and a customer blind tested it at 89%, that's BS and should be remedied (I don't know, is that what happened?).
If a source just said it was 98% without providing a Jano test, did you just believe it and buy?

These guys have no idea how to do business, if I were them, instead of paying for sponsorship while QSC is away and SAA not selling raws any more, I'd stop lying and offer quality raws for a decent price, I'd build a strong customer base and make 50x more than what they're making with their shady overpriced BS they're doing now..

I take the samples they send to Jano with a grain of salt but it’s a good start to show initiative. They can send him anything and send customers shit.
To answer your last question, No. I wouldn’t believe them id be taking a gamble (like everything else here) and having to send samples off for testing to ensure I got what I ordered.

The problem has been reported to their General Manager and will let me know if there is any feedback.

It was a clown show long ago. I saw it going down hill from the get go.
I thought communication was bad at my job. Sheesh! A week is terrible ETA on any issue getting resolved. So even if they get their shit together if they, for example tried to produce an exit scam it would be a good one cause people would be ordering for weeks before it rises suspicion. Not good.
