Giant Semaglutide Thread (and other GLP-1 / GIP agonists)

Both are effective. Sema is by far the cheapest ofc. Besides cost, which you should point out is a long term commitment, so do the math at highest dose for each, it comes down to

Sema: Faster with harsher sides or

Tirz: Somewhat slower with significantly gentler sides.

You should point out that once they reach goal weight and a maintenance dose, there won't be side effects for either, so this is just about the "loss phase".
Interesting. What are the odds that someone will have to use the maximum dose though? From the bit of research I've done, it seems that most women are discussing doses between 5-7.5mg. Honestly, the only people I've really seen anything from regarding the highest recommended dosage and above are people using it for bodybuilding purposes. Obviously not a huge sample size though

I find it best to assume worst case scenario. But even if it is 15mg Tirz, what is that now, $7-10 week?

Okay. Last question as never dealt with peptides before. Is buying the larger dosed vials okay? How long does this stuff keep once reconstituted? I've read 56 days and some of the vials being sold would obviously take a lot longer to get through

First of all, please ask whatever you need to. Don't be intimidated into silence. We all want you to achieve your goals safely.

No one can answer that question with any specificity, and certainly not a particular number of days.

The truth is, the less time spent reconstituted, the better. Try to find a reasonable balance between cost and the time it'll take to use a vial.

A good rule of thumb is 30 days, but if the cost isn't prohibitively higher, smaller dosed vials are preferable.

Peptide degradation really speeds up at the time of reconstitution.

In line with the comments above, the longest-lasting vials are really only your first 1 or 2. Then at higher doses, you go through them much quicker.

I don't want to speak absolutes but in my opinion tirz is worth the extra cost.
Tirz is only gonna cost you 2-3$ xmg from a chinese supplier or bulk peptide vendor, that is gonna be 45$ a week at max dose, in many cases you'll be saving those 45$ a week on food thanks to the glp. (I'm speding 15€ a week for 5mg tirz a saving like 30-40$ a week on food).
Also tons of anechdotal stories of people getting horrible side effects from sema, myself inclided. 0.25mg had me bedridden with nausea and diarreha for 2 days. Tirz, so far so good.

AGAIN, JUST MY EXPERIENCE, EVERYONE'S EXPERIENCE WILL BE DIFFERENT, TAKE IT WITH A GRAIN OF SALT.
2/3$ mg for Tirzepatide? What the fuck you buying? Vagina juice of the queen of Sweden?

Tirz is like 0.70 cents/mg

it's just because I got a small kit so higher cost xmg. Still cheap tho, next time I'll get a larger kit.
I was talking about tirz + shipping + bac water + syringe. I know I overpaid but it's still cheap.
Also it's cause I paid for a 15mg kit but got a 10mg kit, I still have to sort it out with the vendor but I'm not too bothered so I'll just do it when I order again

Anybody got info on Biolgutide? Aka NA-193. Quadruple agonist, so like Reta but with igf-1 also. One study currently is going to compare that stacked with tirzepatide, which makes me think it has to be ok to stack Reta and Tirz in that case.

It’s an oral, evidently. Still very early in trials. Anybody got any insights or even speculations?

Little update from my side, 3rd week. First week i went on 5mg, 2nd, 7.5mg and third week at 10mgs and its been 6 days since then. I feel like now finally at 10mg the weightloss really started -> Goes down, during the day my glucose is much more stable, food noise is still there but i feel full quicker and appreciate my meals much more.

Will stick to 10mgs until i hit a plateu and only increase if i really need too

I'm sure you're relieved it finally worked, lol.

It'll strengthen after the second dose, and a bit more after 3rd and 4th.

When you get to 12.5mg it may be surprisingly stronger, complete with sides, so watch the volume of food you eat for the first couple of days after the 12.5 dose,

Once the new dose kicks in, you can be retroactively "punished" for an amount of food in your gut that was fine on the last dose, So go easy for the first 48 hours.
