What is Topical Endoxifen?
A metabolite of tamoxifen, has emerged as a potential treatment for gynecomastia (male breast enlargement). Unlike tamoxifen, Endoxifen is more potent and selectively targets estrogen receptors in breast tissue, making it useful for treating gynecomastia, where estrogen promotes tissue growth.

How Does It Work?
Gynecomastia results from an imbalance of estrogen and testosterone. Endoxifen works by inhibiting estrogen's ability to stimulate the breast tissue. Applying the cream directly targets the problem without affecting the rest of the body.

Clinical Trials and Efficacy :

Early Phase 1 trials have shown promising results:

- Safety: No significant adverse effects.
- Tolerability: Well-tolerated with minimal irritation.
- Pharmacokinetics: The cream stays localized to the application area, reducing systemic absorption and minimizing side effects.

These findings were published by Atossa Therapeutics, who are leading research into this treatment. The studies indicate that topical Endoxifen could be a safer, more focused option for those with gynecomastia compared to oral tamoxifen or surgery.

Conclusion
Topical Endoxifen offers a promising, non-invasive alternative for treating gynecomastia. Though it has not yet received FDA approval, its localized action and favorable trial results make it a treatment worth watching.

Very interesting. Does it significantly shrink existing gyno like Ralox does? I take Tamox 10mg about 2-3 days a week on most blasts. That keeps mine at bay.
