But I am just speculating

Unless it has any specific contamination (which it shouldn't in vaccum) it's not much worse than swirling old oil around your mouth. Might cause some irritation, slight imflammation, but it's gonna work as intended. I'd limit using a vial till 5 years-ish just to be safe though when not in a dark fridge or made with low quality rubber. Pharma quality packaging should be good for a while.

The worst I'd actually warn against would be castor when rancid, it's thick as fuck and has a...
