✅M1 6:30 P-40g C-60g F-5g(350ml egg whites,1 whole eggs,3 slices sourdough bread )



M2 9am P-40g C-40g F-0g (6oz chicken breast,,142g rice(cooked)(6.9oz sweet potatoe) 60g oats. 8.75oz red potato



M4 3pm PRE WORKOUT MEAL(60-90 min before training) P-40g C-100g F-10g(355g jasmine rice(cooked), 5.4oz chicken breast,18g cashew/almond butter)

GH with meal

Novolog with meal



Intra : sip drink containing – 20gEAAs /10g creatine/2g salt/ 20g carb from karbolyn /5g taurine



M5 POST WORKOUT MEAL: P-40g C-100g F-0g(, 400ml eggwhites 100g carbs from rice or sourdough English muffin.



M3 11:30am P-40g C-40g F-0g(5.4oz turkey or chicken breast, 142g rice cooked).



Cardio dropped to 45 fasted 6x a week

Yes sir I’m with Luki lol. I take it with the meal as I train close to the shot.

5’5. 183-186 depending on after what day.

Only test and gh rn until two weeks from now bc of upcoming holidays

He had me running test/eq in growth phase and then when it was cutting time it was test/mast and last few weeks clen and yohimbine. I didn't use tren.

Same amount of slin and very similar stats.

Very simple approach but very effective. The cardio was killing me though, but he compensated it with a shit ton of food.

I love the cardio. I used test mast and tren. I have test eq and ment on hand ready for this offseason.

Lots of gh will be used also!

High cardio is fine with me to get more food. I’d be 700 lbs if I didn’t bodybuild. I can eat then throw up and then eat more bc I’m still hungry it’s an issue
