Maybe you have something pinched in your c-spine and it is causing your arm to atrophy? My physical therapist told me to be on the look out for atrophy in my calf.

Is your bigger arm the one you jerk off with?

Thanks for your feedback, c spine issue doesn t sound too far off, I had an injury young on the neck from clinch work and during at least a couple of years got frequent wry-necks. Years later a doctor who thought some of my body reactions (knee, strangely, when he hit it with a small hammer) were a bit brutal sent me do do a neck mri. I didn´t and now can´t bear the get locked in an mri machine.
I haven´t done any arm exercise since going back to the gym, but did try a few press machines that work both sides independently (Afraid something breaks in the right arm if I press on a free bar), and there´s an unbalance in strength but nothing too dramatic it seems. I wouldn´t say there´s atrophy on one side, but it´s smaller and weaker. And the "good" side needs quite a bit of work as well when it comes to strength! Hoping to get rid of the pubalgia, much better already, and start working the upper body more seriously, see how it goes.
I´m right handed and the right arm is smaller and weaker btw.

Not yet, I’m currently on last few weeks of my mini cycle with adrol pwo. I will likely try it on the front end of my next cycle although i was considering just trying it one time pwo just to see what it does. Hopefully i respond well. I believe the caps i have are 50mg so will just start there. I do know i respond well to low doses (25mg) of anadrol
50mg will let you know for sure!

Tbol is a slow builder in my opinion especially vs adrol

I feel your pain. My latest epidural shot has worn off so my mornings are rough but I am getting strength back in my hips.

Which promotion with a masters divisions allows slams? I gotta see this. I did witness a legit boston crab at the brown belt division local comp a few weeks ago lol
 
Registered for a big tournament in late August.

Running like 200test/200dhb/350tren/hgh

Plan to drop it start of August because tren is a terrible idea to be on during the tournament.

Wondering if I should take anything leading up to the tournament in August. High test? Var? Npp?

I don’t know that there is much data out there on what works best. You certainly don’t want to be on a program that has big effect ok cardio. I just started latest cycle which is going to take me past masters worlds and i plan on making zero changes (300 test/130 primo / 100 Deca/ 50 Tren e/ 50 mast) although with 350 tren in the equation i might drop it a bit but guess that also depends on if those compounds are effecting my cardio much. After some experimentation with training im about 99% certain I’ll be adding 50mg Tbol about half hour before reporting to bullpen for fight.
 
Don't pretty much all the compounds reduce your cardio though lol.

Might just go with cruise the last month going into the comp. Or should I maybe go high test?

My weight usually goes up 10lbs on cycle, and drops 10lbs off cycle, so we'll see how my weight stabilizes...

Maybe cardarine? I dont know much about it. I see a lot of people recommend deca but not sure why. I have some NPP laying around, didn't really care for it.

Maybe EQ? haven't tried that. Maybe do something like 500test/300EQ/20mg cardarine on the last month.

My experience has been PEDs other than test and gh just hurt more than they help. We tend to forget all this other stuff is primarily for aesthetics and bodybuilders.

Even shit like tbol just results in BP issues we don’t need on the mat.

Technically yes but at least in my case with what I’m running there isn’t any impact to my cardio. That would be what would cause me to dial it back a bit to see where i can get to a sweet spot at
 
So was thinking like, 30mg cardarine daily, and then 500test/350EQ? Was thinking of running this 4 weeks up to the comp, or should I make it longer like 8 weeks?

Would that be a good stack for good cardio?

GH increases my BP a lot.

100% agree BP has huge impacts on cardio. Orals could be leveraged for non-genomic effects without having to cycle them.

My opinion is that periodization of training and PED’s is just as important for grapplers as bodybuilding.
