Cialis ED use - dosage?

What are folks take on UGL sources for tadafil? any positive experiences?

also is it any more an infraction than some of the other Gear that isnt supposed to be UGL sourced?

Seems pointless to buy UGL when it's 6¢ per 10mg tablet of legit pharma tadalafil from India, assuming you can get it.

It's not a controlled drug. If customs grabs it you get a fairly friendly letter from the FDA assuring you they aren't prosecuting, but want you to understand all the dangers you face buying medicines from filthy foreigners.

Why risk it with UGL when odds are you’ll get overdosed or underdosed? Just do what @Ghoul recommends and order from India. For example, I grabbed 74 blisters at $0.53 per blister (10 tablets of tadalafil), came out to $39.22 for a 2-year supply at 5mg daily - plus shipping, of course. When it comes to stuff like Telmisartan, Cialis, etc., I’d always stick to pharma, not UGL.

Agreed. There are just things where i would not make the decision to buy UGL at all. Bloodpressure meds, Cialis, AI's. No compromises. Same also goes for Clenbuterol, only pharma.

And most doctors these days consider Cialis at 5mg as permanent therapy for bloodpressure, so might be able to get a prescription fully covered by insurance without having to pay a cent.

For those that can't get it prescribed, for whatever reason, get it ugl and do no more than 10mg.

If you're in the US, there's a LOT more shit in your daily food (FDA approved) that will kill you before UGL.

India PCT vendors don't require a prescription. It's pharma grade. and cheaper than UGL. Hell, it's cheaper than a $5 / 30 tab insurance deductible.

That's fine, if they can find India PCT vendor. I'm not myself familiar with a specific one. I'm just saying there's a lot scarier shit in our food that the FDA approves, than some ugl use.

I didn't look hard into it, actually none at all. But I'm not familiar with any vendor that's specifically deals with India products.

I think this is the answer to my follow up, how do i find an Indian Pharmacy? Will follow the sponsor link and get back if I have more questions. Thanks! I figured out a functional path through to a decent UGL source, will go to work on this india pharmacy thing.

India pharma quickly becomes an addiction. When you see a 100 page list of pharma products, and the prices, you start trying to think of meds for every symptom you have, or might have, your partner has, and things to keep on hand just in case, "emergency" drugs. like antibiotics. You'll know you have a problem when you start looking up random drug names to see if they might be useful, lol.

At one point I started ordering things I already have prescriptions for simply because it's more convenient, and blister packs keep meds in much better condition than the archaic bottles we use in the US.

You'd be amazed at the amount of potency that some meds can lose because they're inappropriately exposed to air and humidity (telmisartan).

To top it off, many are cheaper than the deductible, and often are the same manufacturers suppling the generic to your local pharmacy (Cipla, Intas, Sun Pharma). Pick up any generic med bottle you have, and check the manufacturer. 75% of the time it's an Indian company.

And then it hits you.

The 3 month supply of a drug with a retail price on the paperwork of $975, that you gratefully pay a $15 insurance deductible for, actually costs less than $10 (based on buying directly from India), so your insurance company is paying nothing, and there's still a $5 margin left over for profit,

A couple of days ago I was reading about recent developments in nuclear weapons.

Made a mental note to add potassium iodide (anti fallout radiation) pills to my next India pharma order.

I bought 500,000mg of tadalafil powder from China. Tested it with Jano. Yes generic tadalafil from India is cheap. But this powder was much cheaper. Also customs are more likely to allow a 500g bag of something labelled as not a drug, than they are to allow 25000 tablets of a drug labelled tadalafil.

I mixed it with MCC and micro spoon it into water each night.

I average 40mg a day. It doesn’t seem to affect me much, but not because it’s UGL rubbish. Even tadalafil from a domestic pharmacy doesn’t do much.

No side effects. No noticeable BP change. And only a marginal increase in erectile quality.

There are a few case studies of men who have titrated up to regular megadoses of PDE5is, and it’s typically uneventful. To the best of my knowledge, the studies showing significant side effects are from acute doses; not a gradual titration over years.

Also found this while Googling. Seems 20mg a day could have some health benefits

Tadalafil is dosed at 40mg a day for pulmonary hypertension, so it can’t be that bad to take around 40mg. I then bro science it and assume that if a 35kg Asian woman can take 40mg a day, a big strong 100kg man like me can handle 100mg a day. And at 100mg I feel nothing.

But don’t listen to the mental gymnastics I perform to justify my drug abuse. I’d suggest anyone interested starts with 2.5mg a day and titrates up to no more than 20mg a day to play it safe. Anything over 40mg a day is uncharted territory and you’re on your own after that.

I just went to the Dr. for my bloodwork and I talked to him about it. Told him I used india pharma but it sure would be nice if I had a script. He had no issue giving me a script for the 5mg/day therapy dose.

If you are using it only for the basic health benefits, 5mg/day should be perfect. Save the 20's for those special times. The extra benefits from 20mg/day vs 5mg/day if you are using it just for the side benfits and not its primary use when you are with your lady, honestly that is likely more in your head as us users tend to get the more is better and I am guilty of it as well.
