Precise t4 dosing can be so crucial for some patients, that when Abbot was slightly changing the manufacturing process after 10 years, they had to forewarn doctors 6 months in advance to carefully monitor patients for the first few months after the product was updated in case they needed a dose change as a result (from changed bioavailability of the drug).

I always take mine in the morning on an empty stomach. However, I also see reports of studies showing they don't actually see any differences in overall blood levels when taken with most foods. Maybe it depends on the production of the drug.

I set the dose out the night before, keep it bedside and take it before I'm even fully conscious. This way I know if I took it or not, and get it on the empty stomach that's pretty much universally advocated. I consider 30 mins prior to eating to be acceptable, though I've seen everything from 30 mins to 2 hours.
I see "thyroid clinics" popping up all over the place, especially in Asia. It really makes as much of a difference to quality of life as TRT to a hypogonadal man.
The parallels to TRT are significant. Largely undertreated, with an over reliance on treating numbers rather than symptoms,
Just hit 45 days on accutane I’ve been increasing dosage every 10 days. So did 10 days at 40/80/120/140mg and am on day 5 of 160mg I’ll probably bump up to 180mg and stay there.
But yeah have lip balm and eyedrops stashed everywhere.

I'm hoping the hyper focus on Chinese packs starting May 2nd will give us a break from seizures for a while.

Once you've sent him payment confirmation, you won't hear from him until he's got tracking numbers, typically 3-4 days after sending payment confirmation.
I use telegram but it’s normal. I send transaction hash few days later he sends tracking.
Recent pack took 16 and 18 days (order was split).

Here's how it works for you who don't know.
1. Send in a clean, detailed list of what you want with the product name, and the item number and how many.
2. He will send you back the price with the appropriate shipping charge/place with the best chance of success and a BTC address in a secure link.
3. Click the link, get the address, and pay the BTC.

put in a nice size order that came in 3 different shipments. 1 from India other 2 from UAE. Had a few missing items in the India pack and 50 strips missing from one of the other packs. My man offered to refund the India stuff right away because it may take a little time to get. Told hang on I may be putting another order in and just apply it for credit. As far as the other, he has already moved forward to ship it. It’s not about mistakes, it’s how they are handled. His service and prices are top tier. He is my first choice for pharma goods.

I ordered some too. Never used it before. I don’t have a problem falling asleep my problem is staying asleep. I wake up at about 4 hours no matter what.

300mg magnesium glycinate just before bed has been extending my sleep by about 2 hours each night.

Right on... what brand/mg did you get for the Gabapentin? I have the 800mg tablets and have to break them in to 1/4s (~200mg). Half (~400mg) is too much still for sleeping.
