MESO-Rx Sponsor PCT 24X7 "1 stop shop for all day healthcare"

@SBD1

Beat me to it!

Luckily I maintain a healthy supply of Roku Loparamide from PCT24x lol. (Yes I know it's an inexpensive OTC, but the version from PCT 24 is 90% less, the faster acting and more effective capsule form you usually only get with a prescription, not in annoying child proof packaging, and has a very long shelf life).

Crazy thing about this Magnesium Threonate is I seem to "feel" it all day. Something like Propronolol's calming effect. Very interesting stuff. Some initial studies show it also increases hair count for those with alopecia, male or female.
Just ordered a couple bottle from Costco - thanks for the heads up!

Ordered on the 15th smooth communication no issues with the process this was my stock up order,
Pack landed the 28th.
A few items were missing I sent an email out and @PCT24X7 PHARMACY responded promptly and immediately sent out the items missing no communication issues whatsoever in this process I’m pleased with the initiative action to rectify/resolve a simple mistake,
missing items are inbound to be delivered tomorrow.
In the meantime I placed another order today which will hopefully arrive swiftly like the others.
Thanks again

Just wanted to report from my last post in regard to the pack getting seized. PCT just reshipped me a new one a few days ago, so hopefully I have success with this one. Funny because during this seizure, I had a pack contain a large amount of AAS actually get cleared, but of course, this pack doesn’t lol.

Were the AAS from China? If so not surprising as those packs get much less scrutiny due to sheer volume and the way they're shipped. Something coming to an end soon.

Otherwise just random luck....

Why do you say that's coming to an end? I keep seeing people talk about May 2nd but I'm not completely sure what's going to happen then.

In the US, the "de minimus" loophole that's allowed hundreds of millions of packages a year from China to bypass the normal customs inspection process and duties being charged is coming to an end.

In May 2nd all packs from China will be subject to being charged import duties and inspection.

The end of de minimus has been in the federal government's planning for years, largely motivated by the fact this loophole has allowed a huge amount of deadly synthetic opioid precursor chemicals, machine gun parts, and commercial goods that are supposed to be charged a fee to slip into the country.

Because over a billion small packs from China arrive each year through this loophole, it's become impossible to control them.

Packs from India and UAE also get in more easily thanks to de minimus exemptions as well, but there are far fewer of them. This is why India pharma gets seized much more frequently than Chinese packs. The smaller volume allows customs to inspect a greater percentage,

"De minimus" was intended to allow packages of low value to bypass customs so it didn't clog up the system, but it's been abused to the extreme by China.

Unfortunately AAS, while they aren't the reason for the crackdown, are still illegal and will be collateral damage,

Luckily de minimus is only being ended for packs coming from China, but be warned, after 90 days the program will be reviewed and they'll be considering whether to end it for other countries at that time.

There's more technical detail here:

Wow. Thanks for the detailed explanation! I'm disappointed that I didn't start utilizing these overseas shipping routes before and that it looks like I missed out on the chance for the future.

AAS have been available for 40 years+, long before China used de minimus to make it cheap and easy like shopping on Amazon. I'm sure a new market will develop to supply them in the US.

It'd be a lot harder to replace PCT24!

Trazadone and some other rare meds can. Along with some diseases.

If you have an 2 hour erection. it goes down for a few seconds, even if it returns, that's not priapism.

Basically MT-2 and PT-141 can't cause priapism for the same reason you can't hold your breath until you die. They don't override the "emergency release" like those other drugs can.
What would you suggest using as a sleep aid if cialis is in the stack?

Routinely?

200mg Magnesium glycinate an hour before bed has a very sedative like effect on me without inducing grogginess the next day. The glycinate carrier is a sleep aid itself, building on Magnesium's calming effect.

For occasional use when you still can't sleep, Zaleplon is very fast acting, strong, and doesn't impact you the next day. (take at least 5 hours before driving though).

Have you felt this with other forms? I’ve taken 250, 500, and 750mg of mag gly and have yet to feel any real help. I have had issues sleeping for years and ordered some eszopi from 247 so I’m hoping that can help on occasion. Anything I can use that doesn’t run the addiction potential?

I fully support having the machinegun parts manufactured domestically, so maybe this will help.

I feel the Threonate hits a lot harder than Glycinate, at a higher cost. It penetrates the blood brain barrier, and facilitates numerous processes related to sleep, According to MIT many adults have magnesium deficiency localized to brain tissue. Consider giving that a try. Though I started to feel effects the first day, it takes around six weeks for the full impact to develop.

Z drugs are self limiting because they build rapid tolerance, so not a huge addiction potential unless you foolishly exceed the max doses. I recommend starting with a low dose (half a pill) the first night.

Also, Zaleplon seems to be "cleaner" than Zopiclone or esZopiclone because its half life is only 1 hour, unlike the others that stay in your system for days, it's gone in 5 hours.

Okay I’ll try some threonate, I think they sell it at Costco but I didn’t need any. Good to know about Z drugs, I only plan to use it maybe 2-3x max a week, so hopefully no big tolerance buildup. Thanks for the tips though! I’ll see about zaleplon as well

Costco has the best price on Threonate I've seen anywhere right now. They ship free from the online store.

I forgot to mention, do you use Taurine? I found my sleep steadily improved as I started supplementing with it. The thing is, it's both energizing (primary "energy ingredient" in Red Bull), and sleep facilitating, so best to take it on the morning. As we age, especially as liver fat / scarring builds, we lose the ability to store as much, and decreasing levels of that amino acid can impact sleep. I started with capsules for a few years, and seeing significant benefits, switched to the powder form in my coffee, which is flavorless and dissolves in any liquid.

The Costco threonate is also a couple dollars cheaper (and no wait for shipping) if they have it at your local store. I just picked some up yesterday. My first impression is that I slept a bit longer and better than with glyconate.

I take 1g glycinate, 200-400 theanine already
