I’ve done 1ml TNE/anadrol mix (70/30), also didn’t feel much, maybe I just don’t respond as well to No Ester stuff.

Yes its not uncommon. It is a tough compound to get ti hold at higher concentration.. I'd rather it have just enough solvents to be usabke and have to uncrash a little here and there rather than go heavy on the solvents..
