Improvement in Endurance training with peds

Hi, I’m going to start a little EPO cycle soon, once my order arrives. I was going to preload on iron 2 weeks before starting with the EPO, but I just did a blood analysis and my ferritin levels are already 288, so I don’t know about that. Anybody know how high should my ferritin levels be before starting?

(Btw I’m not a pro, it’s just a silly name)
288 is high. About 100 Ferritin is perfect. You dont need to suppliment.

I know that when you start injecting EPO, it's normal for iron levels to drop significantly, which is why you need to supplement with iron during the cycle. What I didn't know is what ferritin level would be appropriate to have before starting. I hadn't heard anything about copper, but I'll look into it. Thanks!

People that manage high iron levels are told 50-100 ferritin is a good target. For example, giving a pint of blood will drop your ferritin 40-50. I think you're more than high enough to not require iron supplementation.

Drop back in after your epo cycle and let us know if you get iron tested again. Id be very interested to hear how much it drops.

Don't have an answer for your ferritin question but interested in how you are sourcing online. Am also looking to start a cycle within the next month or two but have not yet found a trustworthy source.

New to the forum and not sure what the etiquette is around asking for sources but would be interested in any info
- Thanks

It depends if u want pharma or ugl
Ugl there is sigma audley for example idk if its good or not lol
But before using epo do ur research or otherwise dont do it, its powerfull but also dangerous if used in a stupid way
If i was in u i would research a bit more, u said in a past message to source it from a research compounds seller and thats not really the norm lol
But im not attacking, u i also arrived in this forum by asking the source for epo lol,but what happened is that i wasnt really informed enough so please do ur research

Hi, I think its not allowed to talk about sources outside the steroid underground subforum. But I found my source quite easy using the search engine.

Did you ever start said cycle? I am very interested in getting some firsthand information on EPO. I have done a ton of research but it seems super sketchy in that you need to monitor your hemoglobin/hermatocrit like weekly so you dont get a clot. I am not sure if the sketchiness factor has been blown out of proportion because of the abuse of the stuff in endurance sports or not. Would love to here from someone who has a firsthand account of using it.

EPO needs to be stored at a specific temperature..might be best to order in winter. Regardless of domestic or intl source, hopefully it survives the delivery.:)
Sigma audley send it not constituted so should easily survive, btw i think peptides should resist even when constituted but idk

Because it is sketchy its not a sweet, people died while using it and i guarantee that when on news you hear an heart attack from a young endurance athlete its probably bad epo managment, so if u want to use it first you should have a reason to and then be as safe as possible

Yes agreed, not something to be taken lightly. I saw a short log of one of the members someone mentioned when he did it a while back. Seemed very casual though, did not see many/any details in regards to safety precautions.

People have vastly different levels of base line hematocrit. There are also huge differences in response to AAS. If you have a low baseline, and can pay for testing to see how you react, I dont see it to be very dangerous.

This is just my thought as ive never used EPO. My base hematocrit is close to 50, so ill probably never use it. If I was under 45, I'd definitely experiment low dose.

Here's a member log.

Thank you for the information. My baseline is pretty low around 42 so I guess I have some room to move. Maybe take a very low micro dose and get my bloods checked weekly to keep it safe.

You're welcome. Im super bored this Sunday so I looked up a few studies. I didn't realize its a common drug for people with kidney and heart disease.

Gives good starting and maintenance doses.

EPO is about 32% more effective when dosed subq vs IV.

Dosing frequency and amount.

I'd take these with a grain of salt. All the studies are on people slowly dying. I don't pretend to know how it translates to healthy people.

My hematocrit was 43.2 last week, before any EPO injection. I will start with 6000 iu per week and will monitor hematocrit on the 10th day, and adjust from there.
Yes please update. Are you taking any supplements like iron, B12 or aspirin to keep blood more viscous? Also do you know what would be considered safe parameters for your hemoglobin levels? Personally I want to keep my hematocrit not much higher than around 50ish mark to be safe.
