Before ordering I was told it was a new batch. Test results however show that its the same as the ones ordered and tested by another member in early Feb.

They also have a COA which shows 99%. Almost 100% sure they will say it degraded by 10% during shipping. I believe they do offer testing reimbursement but I'm thinking of just throwing the entire thing away and switching vendors. Thoughts?

The purity might be affect affected by its storage environment or transportation time. If the environmental humidity, temperature, light and other conditions do not meet the requirements, the raw materials may absorb moisture, decompose or react with other substances, thereby reducing purity.

But the most surprising part is that.. they offered to resend the test D.

I have an actual positive thing to say about this source. I was going to buy a few things from them yesterday. They were out and apologized for being out of stock on the particular items. They could have pulled a fast one, but they didn't. Smart, I give them props for being honest. I'll hit them up again some time if the items I wanted are in stock again.
