Completely different testosterone levels between two labs?

Hello everyone! Very strange thing..

I'm taking 250mg of testosterone a week, did the tests in the first lab, level 8.91 and 98 E2!

Not convinced by the result, I took 0.75 Arimidex and did the tests 48 hours later in another laboratory...

I find myself with ridiculously high testosterone levels and crashed E2!

Who should I believe?

Consider that in the first test I was already taking 0.25 X3 week Arimidex and I had no symptoms of high E2..

How many weeks into that test dosage did you do these tests and when did you take them in relation to your pinning?

I started 300mg/week on February 27, 2025

15/03/2025 I did the first test in a lab I use Always 1095 Ng/dl After 61 hours and 84 pg/ml e2

So decided to put in 0.25 Arimidex Tuesday Thursday and Saturday and reduce to 250mg

In the meantime I have moved elsewhere and no longer have access to that laboratory.

12/04/2025 Test done with result 891 Ng/dl and 98 PG ml of e2 Always After 60 hours

Not sure of the result I take 0.75 of Arimidex all at once and redo the tests at a larger lab

16/04/2025 Second result with 3216 Ng/dl and 12 PG ml e2 After 60 Hours

This is the exact story, so now next Wednesday I will do one last verification test at another lab and we will see what is happening..

My main doubt was seeing an increase in E2 with a simultaneous reduction in dosage and insertion of an AI and above all having no symptoms

My e2 is all over the place regardless of dosages.

Just look at this shit. Half the T dose, same HCG, same AI, and my e2 is nearly double. wtf???

Both tests done with the same lab.

Any other things, meds, supps whatsoever? Are you sure your AI is legit? Maybe time to switch or test another AI like Exe or so.

You lowered your test dose and radically upped your AI. Now you're surprised your body is fluctuating trying to find a new stasis?

MT2 and PT141 use is the only difference. Diet, exercise, and supplements were identical.

AI was pharma grade.

Exemestane was actually less efficacious than anastrozole

Damn. That sounds like you got the super duper aromatase shit-genes. PT141 and MT2 don't cause any E2 elevation or change at all i am sure of it.

Have you ever tried out primo? Maybe a low dose of it like 50-100mg as starting point just to dial in your E2 for once assuming you dont wanna throw out the HCG at all costs?

How does primo work as an AI? If it works similarly to letro/adex/aromasin then I’d imagine it’d do fuck all lol

Dropping the HCG made no apparent difference. It’s difficult to discern just how much of a difference it made, as my e2 has such massive variability between tests, with or without HCG.

Maybe you skipped your injection and forgot about it then you did double dose. Shit happens you have to be consistent, no such fluctuations if you keep a proper track of things and your protocol. Lowering your dose and stuff is only going to ass up for inconsistencies and fake results.

Do a proper 3 month protocol with no changes and then see what's up, I don't think you will experience such fluctuations anymore.

When in doubt retest. After you have made sure every thing is stable for some time.
