I received a letter from the police last week. It listed my last order from Liska. I immediately handed it over to a lawyer I know (I’m based in Germany), and I’m curious to see what comes of it. Might be interesting for some people here. The accusations mentioned were possession, acquisition, and distribution of doping substances. The amount was under €1000.

If they didn't search your home you should be fine; at most you'll get a fine for buying anabolic substances, I don't know if justice is different in Germany

Distributing just means his order was over a certain amount of steroids. The threshold is very low in Germany. So they are trying to get everyone for distributing even if it's obviously for your own use.

Germany is extremely strict, the moment you have more than 1 vial they will accuse you of distribution right away.

Most cases seem to be missing evidence and actual proof. For most of the cases it seems like all they have is tracking numbers, pictures from the package sorting centers and its weight + your signature when accepting the parcel.

Every 2-3 months there is a big wave of letters going out and they just target anyone and anything.

In my case i am yet to gain access to the investigative files, its been +3 months now.

No nothing is certain, they just always accuse people of distribution if the amount of gear exceeds the amount that is considered to be the "appropiate amount for personal use". Those numbers are crazy low, for testosterone the personal amount you can posses to be in the limit or for it to be considered for personal use is like 600mg total. So if you order even 1 vial of Test-C (10ml x 250mg/ml) you are above that limit and german law enforcement will try to fuk you for distribution. It's just ridiculous.

In general, the police aren't sending a letter in advance of searching your home or arresting you. They're not going to give you advanced warning. and time to dispose of anything illegal in your possession if they intend to prosecute ffs.

If you're not being summoned to court, it's a zero cost scare tactic for suspected low level criminality they'd rather not put effort into.

You wouldn't be getting a "letter" if they found heroin, counterfeit money, or a gun.

How can you be so confidently wrong? No, they won’t send a letter saying, “We’re coming over on XYZ day.” But they will send a letter asking you to come into the station. Once you're there, they'll ask if you have your phone if you say yes, they'll casually ask to see it, and before you know it, it’s in their hands. Then they'll politely ask if they can search your home. If you refuse, they'll just get a warrant and do it anyway.

I'm speaking from experience, you're probably speaking from chatgpt experience.

No this is obvious troll. Cat is not back. The entire thread is about people getting letters from police & court saying that they are getting investigated for purchasing PEDs.

Yes, they will ask and if you refuse, they'll just get a warrant. Same as with the house search. My case wasn’t related to Liska, but an earlier bust.

While they searched the house, I was held in jail. They let me go that evening since they didn’t find anything. No idea what happens if they do.

They took all the computers and even tried to take my Xbox, but my dad convinced them it was just for gaming. You can’t hide anything so don't try. Tey searched through everything: mattresses, behind wardrobes, knocked on things for fake walls, went through my car, went to the garage box, etc...

They found €400, which was my dad’s, but treated it like a huge bust. He had to explain where the money came from etc...

This was years ago, and honestly, it left me with some PTSD. Thankfully, I’ve since moved back to Poland and don’t have to worry about shit like this anymore.

How should anybody proof, that you ordered? Like if you singed for the parcel okay, but even then.

Imagine I ordered from Cat just for fun and sent it to a friend house or anyone I know the adress of. So only because they see your name and adress in the data they took after busting Liska is no prrof that those people ordered, right?
